To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直其待米芝連好評的添好運點心店降臨港島區,今天第一天開業立即和同事一試,誰知名過於實!店內操作混亂,流沙飽不流沙,跟奶王飽毫無分別,但店員還推說這是師傅特製的少油少肥。建議還是叫奶王飽算吧!蝦餃皮爛到包不到蝦,皮還皮,蝦還蝦。鮑汁鳳瓜淡如清蒸。羅白糕一夾即散!如此基本點心也未到家,添好運原來浪得虛名!
