To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 至於主菜方面就偏向穩重路線,燒牛肉夠惹味,除咗微焦香仲帶牛香,而且以芝麻醬增甜減膩,令味道上再多點變化,同時又唔會搶咗個牛味,好過大把淨係識用和牛然後淨係識食肥油零牛味只靠調味料嘅餐廳好多倍

另一款燒鱸魚更係上天堂之作,魚肉質感超嫩滑唔洗點咬已經滑入喉嚨,而且魚油香濃,加上味噌同蛋黃醬配合令味道更香口,更有日式醬燒嘅風格。當然作為蘭桂芳嘅餐廳,呢度仲有好多唔同種類嘅清酒同調酒,愛酒之人都可以暢食暢飲呢
