週末長假期和家中細細到烏溪沙宿營,三日兩夜的旅程雖然好玩,但伙食質素實在強差人意。為對舌頭作出補償,是晚特意參考了好友的推介,到世貿的 Mr. Steak Buffet à la minute 吃了一頓豐盛的自助餐。晚市自助餐分了兩個時段,頭場 17:00 至 19:00,尾場 19:30 至 22:00,成人價錢分別是 $428 及 $548,另收加一服務費。如有匯豐信用卡的朋友,更可享四位同行一位免費的優惠。筆者與太太放工後才來,只能預訂尾場時段,亦無緣享受信用卡優惠,有點可惜!筆者早在七時已抵達餐廳,因尾場自助餐在七時半才開始,正好有時間四處拍拍照。餐廳在頭場自助餐清場後,會立刻整理及補充食物,這絕對是拍攝自助餐美食的 Magic Moment!首先品嚐的是一眾沙律冷盤,沙律桌上的菜蔬選擇相當豐富,賣相翠綠爽鮮。喜愛 DIY 的朋友,更可依指示自製一客凱撤沙律,既吃得又玩得!除菜蔬沙律外,餐廳另有提供不同款式的預製沙律,由最健康的蕃茄青瓜沙律,到最搶眼的紅菜頭沙律,再到味道較濃的芝士腸仔沙律及德國薯仔沙律等等。唯獨沒有筆者最喜愛的雜果沙律,哈哈!在冷盤桌上,最奪目的固然是那只西班
