自幾年前一餐生日飯來過天龍軒,到呢家都係我食粵菜不二之選。為什麼是不二之選?雖然味道不是很大突破,卻是非常平穩,每一次水準依舊,而且以地點及級數來講,價錢係非常可觀,大概每位$750左右。除一些經典推介菜色外,有好多其他菜色都會定期更改烹調方法,例如雞咁,我上次來係蘑菇焗雞,今次就變左海參麒麟雞。當中既叉燒係必須要點,強烈推薦菜色,雖然索價$356,但真係一試難忘,肉質鬆軟,豬味夠,外層蜜汁甜度亦合度好處,而且每一舊都有小許燶邊,頂級水準😍。蟹蓋方面除了本身蟹蓋非常出色外,都配有平常小見既炸紫薑,吃完啖啖蟹肉既蟹蓋後吃可以無咁‘溜’👍🏻。炒麵方面一樣係會定期轉換菜色之一,今次就係鮑魚雞球脆麵,同樣出色。甜品我每次必點楊枝甘露,水準是超班的,雖然你可以話‘咁貴一碗實好食啦’-$98,但我可以話你知,貴-並不代表好食,因為難食既楊枝甘露我食唔小,但呢到既楊枝甘露係香、甜、果肉份量、西柚份量同樣為剛剛好。天龍軒必定為我係香港中菜首選推薦地點。🐉🐲🤤🤤
