炮台山站附近似乎越來越多小餐廳,呢日同朋友一齊,佢話想食日式🇯🇵拉麵🍜,完全唔問我意見,二話不說,就掹咗我嚟呢間拉麵店😆- 我叫咗 $198嘅「伊勢海老らーめん 極濃龍蝦湯拉麵🍜配一隻龍蝦尾🦞」:龍蝦湯🦞好creamy😋,有好多泡泡喺面😆,直程係foamy 😋, 仲有啲 smoky 香味😋,味道真正濃郁🤗😋;「龍蝦尾」新鮮、肉質結實😋;每一啖拉麵都沾上龍蝦湯汁,正😋- 朋友叫咗 $88嘅「鹽味拉麵 Shio Ramen 塩らーめん」:餐牌咁樣介紹:「湯底是鰹魚高湯混合幾款日本海鹽熬製而成。這湯底比較清澈,和其他湯底相比,更能突出湯底材料本身的味道」。喺日本🇯🇵,鹽味拉麵多數係雞湯底(有時會加埋豬骨),呢度嘅鹽味拉麵🍜湯底用 鰹魚做,幾特別😋食完之後,我話俾朋友聽,其實呢間拉麵店🍜嘅幾間分店我都去過😆😆
