作為好食之徒,大坑是不能不到的地區,當區食肆臨立,款式多樣化,泊車亦算便捷。是晚光顧網評不俗的肉骨皇,主打星馬菜式。餐廳正門不算起眼,只靠一個小巧座地燈箱作招來。店內裝潢東南亞風味亦不重,地方也算整潔。在正門一邊的兩個角落,放置了兩部顯示屏,放影著門外街道的影象,對駕駛人士是一項貼心的安排。翻開餐牌,參考過當中的食物相片及餐廳推介,先點餐飲,後點美食。一杯凍薏米水,甜度輕盈合心,口感滑溜,滋潤不俗。友人點選熱香茅茶,淺嚐一口,香茅口味不算濃烈,因當中加入一片檸檬關係,另帶有一點清新酸香味道,是冬日合適熱飲。美食方面,先來一客海鮮柚子沙律作前菜,海鮮食材有海蝦、青口、魷魚、魚片等,份量合理,質素食味普普通通喇!沙律醬汁以甜酸味道為主,輔以花生碎等調味,質感稠身,味道略鹹及稍稍過於剛烈。儘管有柚子的清甜食味稍作調和,還是差了一點點。接下來是招牌菜式檳城肉骨茶,三人食用一客細的份量剛好。肉骨茶以瓦煲盛載,並以明火保溫,另配上一小碟油條片作放湯用。待肉骨茶煮滾開蓋後,頓時藥材香氣四溢,白煙四起。煲內材料放得滿滿,除肉排外,還有枝竹、豆卜、金菇等等。先啖一口湯汁,藥材力度剛好,甜味中又帶點回甘,
