悠長假期最後一日,朋友帶我黎到 磯野水產(銅鑼灣)食日本菜。⭐️鯷魚醬配蔬菜條清爽的紅蘿蔔、青瓜、沙葛配上咸鮮的鯷魚醬,好食而且帶起食欲,急不及待之後的菜式。⭐️天婦羅-蝦、南瓜、番薯最喜歡炸蝦天婦羅會連帶炸蝦頭,特別香脆。南瓜和蕃薯只要原料好,簡單炸配上蘿蔔蓉天婦羅汁也好食大蝦肉新鮮彈牙,肉厚之外,蝦殼鬆脆,沾上白蘿蔔泥,好味之餘不油膩。 ⭐燒物 魷魚醬燒魷魚很有風味,肉質彈牙之外,醬油料味令魷魚味更加突出,送酒一流。 ⭐️燒物 扇貝(清酒)及(黑松露牛油味)扇貝大隻,新鮮鮮甜,分別點了兩種煮法。清酒煮有淡淡酒味,更可以食到扇貝本身甜味。另外, 黑松露牛油煮令整體味道濃郁,值得一試。整體而言,餐廳各樣都很值得推介,而且地點亦很方便,有機會會再試其他食物!
