聽朋友講呢度有潮州菜名廚坐鎮,家人鍾意食潮州菜,於是約咗嚟食晚飯。鵝三寶 (鵝掌、鵝翼、鵝肝)鵝掌、鵝翼、鵝肝滷得入味,咸香得嚟又唔會蓋過食物原本嘅鮮味,墊底嘅豆腐很嫩滑,鵝掌、鵝翼滷得夠淋但又保留咬口,鵝肝入口甘香粉嫩,一試難忘。煎九肚魚烙九肚魚起骨拆肉,加入雞蛋及芹菜,似在吃鮮嫩嘅魚肉蛋餅,很清香,食多兩件都唔會膩。糖醋煎伊麵煎麵一面煎得香脆,另一面則加上韭黃,保持濕潤,所以食落唔會好硬,滲出韭黃香,質感上更有層次,配埋浙醋及砂糖同吃,好開胃。當晚餐廳全場爆滿,要食就要預先book位,呢次幾款潮州菜式很美味很正宗,下次再嚟會試吓其他菜式。

九肚魚起骨拆肉,加入雞蛋及芹菜,似在吃鮮嫩嘅魚肉蛋餅,很清香,食多兩件都唔會膩。
