清心丸又是潮州糖水代表,傳統清心丸是用一種名為城鵝的粉搓成,蒸熟後切成粒粒,放入糖水中煮,很多時配上開邊綠豆,成為今次這個糖水。今次嘅清心丸煙煙韌韌,綠豆有淡淡清香,熱食暖暖的,雖不及凍食清涼,但的確有一份完滿感覺。

今日同朋友嚟呢一間食潮州嘢嘅餐廳,位於灣仔,佢嘅位置都尚算方便,唔會太難搵,難得收工約埋班朋友食潮州嘢,點可以唔試吓呢度嘅鵝片,鵝片嚟講我哋都覺得幾好食,本身個滷水汁非常出色,而且鵝片送酒一流, 豆腐亦都非常入味,鍾意食潮州滷水嘢嘅朋友絕對唔可以錯過呢一個鵝片,另外我哋叫咗糖醋煎伊面,都非常好食,出邊好少可以做到呢一個水準,而且脆博博熱辣辣,味道都做得唔錯,下次會再返嚟幫襯,絕對係可以聚會嘅好地方!
