附近新開了高檔潮洲菜館「正潮樓」,難得大夥兒有空聚在一起,當然把握機會大快朵頤!環境優雅,座位舒適,廂房可供十多人用餐。潮式功夫茶,餐前餐後都自動奉上,茶味香醇!有茶也要有酒,今晚的精酿原漿啤酒,口感醇厚,沒有一貫啤酒的苦澀味,連平日不喝啤酒的朋友都覺得不錯。茶酒過後,先來三年老鵝頭,獅頭鵝養滿三年,升價十倍!配上濃郁的滷水汁,異常入味。當中以鵝髻的膠原及去骨鵝頸皮肉最為上品,一試難忘。潮式醃膏蟹醃膏蟹都有不可抗拒的魔力,單是賣相已經令人垂涎!醃蟹的膏勁多勁爆,生醃的蟹肉有如啫喱果凍的口感,加上潮式的特制醬汁,帶出蟹的鮮甜,好吃到停不了口。潮式醃海蝦海蝦質感相對實淨,濃稠的醬汁入味之餘,又不會搶去海蝦本身的鮮甜味,處理得非常好,啖啖都品嚐到蝦隻的味道!明爐燒響螺,響螺由於無法人工飼養,野生的都身價不菲;加上炭燒的工序繁複,故此這度菜式屬高檔次的潮州菜。明爐螺肉口感跟鮑魚相似,味道濃郁鮮甜。螺尾即是螺肝,帶回甘的味道。橄欖燉鴨湯,橄欖的酸味頂替了檸檬,而且酸味相對輕一點,用來做燉鴨湯更合口味。燉湯清澈見底,橄欖微酸吊出鴨鮮味,好飲有益!脆皮酸甜蠔炸漿厚薄適中,夠脆夠熱,蠔身超大隻,蠔味鮮濃,其實不放醬汁,也絕對好味😋香炒瑤柱鬆潮式生菜🥬包,生菜爽嫩,瑤柱滿滿的,加上肉碎炒香,嘆完一輪重味海鮮,味覺驟然清新起來 😁😁玉枕炆白菜,手工菜一度,用了津白包裹著由豬頸肉、鮮蝦、蝦米、冬菇剁碎的饀料;津白嫩滑無渣,一咬即開,啖啖皆美味 👍富貴石榴蟹 還是手工菜式,蝦仁打膠,鮮蟹拆肉,雞蛋做皮,包好還要一打個結,不得不讚👍。饀料味道鮮美,質感爽彈,蛋皮夠薄,正!朥粕春菜煲,朥粕即豬油渣, 潮州菜中的家常菜式,本身都是春菜煲的擁躉,春菜夠腍滑,簡單平凡的好味道正潮樓的點心全家福,一次過點齊所有點心,是一份豪氣!真心要夠人多,才可以豪一轉,大家嚷著吃這吃那,氣氛真的好到極點!😂😂😂 continue reading

今日同朋友到灣仔正潮樓食晚飯。店員安排好座位就俾左鐵觀音我哋,可以邊睇菜單邊飲住茶。今日點左潮州炒香飯,豆醬焗嫩雞,青蒜炒鹹肉,鵝蛋。潮州炒香飯:炒飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒分明香口。加上臘腸真係野味可口同埋唔會油膩感,蝦仁就實肉爽口彈牙,連蛋花蔥夠豐富。重點係有臘腸但個飯半點都唔肥膩。豆醬焗嫩雞:雞肉肉質好,豆醬有著好香豆味。雞肉嫩滑可口。雞肉入晒味 。青蒜炒鹹肉:肉質好入晒味,配合配料一起吃更有著不同層次口感 。鵝蛋:鵝蛋大大隻,滷水入味香口。同雞蛋味道完全唔同更為香口。 continue reading

之前同朋友去過銅鑼灣店食過唔錯,今日係灣仔做完野經過見到「正潮樓」,二話不說就入左去啦❗️位於灣仔的「正潮樓」裝潢風格古色古香,門口掛著兩串大紅燈籠,店內亦擺放中式風景畫,環境好舒適。餐廳亦有獨立包廂,不論親友聚餐,還是商務宴請都十分合適。 滷水鵝片 (例) $168必食‼️鵝片滷得入味🪿,肉質也軟嫩多汁,亦都沒有羶味,底下有滷水豆腐,豆腐口感嫰之餘仲索滿滷水汁,味道惹味香濃。煎韭菜棵 $58潮式煎韭菜棵皮薄餡靚,外皮煎得香脆可口,餡料比例適中,因為滿滿好多韭菜,每一啖都食到香濃的韭菜味🤩潮式豆醬焗嫰雞 (半隻) $168豆醬汁香濃而不鹹,與雞炆焗後醬汁更黏稠,雞肉都非常掛汁,食落去都夠味夠嫩滑,唔會死鹹。菜脯炒粿條 $118鹹香的菜脯加埋惹味的醬汁掛係滑溜的粿條上,食落去既有鮮香,又有鹹甜,味道層次豐富🥰茶位 $12/位 continue reading
