喱兩日真係好鬼死凍唔想老婆大人咁辛苦煮晏仔喱日就出去同佢食潮州嘢。老婆大人喺開飯見到灣仔新開咗間潮州菜館,環境睇落好企理一於去食個晏仔啦。廚窗掛咗滷水鵝好似唔錯喎,肚皮即刻打鼓好肚餓喇!入到去餐廳有大大幅五嶽獨尊泰山壁畫坐陣,五嶽之首穩如泰山好有氣派呀!除咗大廳原來仲有幾間房潮州菜館嚟講地方都算大。侍應見我哋一坐底即刻送熱茶嚟好快手,睇吓餐牌有乜正菜食先,同老婆大人一人揀啲心水嘢食。凍冰冰整碗老菜脯燉豬肚暖吓身光,黑炆炆嘅老菜脯香味好醇入面仲煲到淋晒嘅豬肚浸,湯好飲湯料又好食飲完成身暖粒粒正呀。老婆大人最鍾意食潮州醃海鮮尤其係螄蚶,不過要預訂先有得食咁就轉叫碟魚露浸花甲,花甲雖然唔係生醃不過一樣咁鮮味。肉就叫咗川椒雞頸肉第一次食雞肉係咁有口感,麻麻嘅香唔係好辣我都食到,老婆大人見到啲炸珍珠葉開心到震最尾成碟清哂。朥粕春菜煲個名睇到我一頭霧水原來即係豬油渣!喱味春菜係老婆大人嘅飛佛平時多數同排骨煮喱道用咗豬油渣香味梗係高幾班啦。唔算好肚餓叫兩隻五谷雜糧糉貪佢細細粒容易食,糯米入面有啲花生、白果、紅豆及薏米食落煙煙韌韌唔錯架。最尾叫咗兩隻潮汕鼠殼粿做甜品,皮好薄好軟熟入面係足料嘅黑芝麻好香甜,啱晒老婆大人胃口,食飽飽再去行街拍拖真係開心仔。正潮樓電話:21856718、98181382 (WhatsApp)地址:灣仔謝斐道117-119號富通大廈地下2號舖 continue reading

聽朋友講灣仔有間潮汕菜唔錯就決定約朋友去試下😋餐廳係灣仔地鐵站附近,都幾易搵👍🏻餐廳環境唔錯,枱櫈唔會太迫,坐得幾舒服。一共叫左四碟餸。沙茶炒牛肉($168)牛肉夠嫩,沙茶醬味道濃郁,夠杰身可以掛係牛肉上面,夠晒邪惡😆😆魚露浸花甲($188)見到網上食評個個都推介,就叫黎試下,佢係用蒜頭、辣椒、白酒、芫荽、鹽、豉油等直接「生餣」,係潮汕既獨特食法,花甲好鮮甜爽口,凍凍地都幾啱夏天食。汕頭煎蠔烙($108)粉漿同蛋既比例好好,唔會食到成口粉,蠔仔肉既分量都好多,啖啖肉🤪鵝六寶($428)鵝六寶包括鵝肉、鵝腸、鵝蛋、鵝肝、鵝掌同鵝翼,平時食開都係三寶四寶咁,好少可一次食到六款唔到既部位,鵝肉唔肥夠入味,叫個拼盤三四個朋友都唔錯 continue reading

是夜吃得很爽, 因是脂肪及膽固醇爆錶之夜, 再有澱粉質, 吃完真的要乖乖做運動. 見識到傳統潮汕美食, 原汁原味, 鮮而不腥, 肥而不膩.點菜後, 環顧四周, 大廳這幅巨大的「五嶽獨尊」泰山風景畫為餐廳營造舒適及古色古香的氛圍.鵝粉肝($128/半份) – 肝很滑, 略嫌有少少筋; 鵝肉鬆軟不痴牙, 記得要吃墊底的豆腐.魚露浸花甲($188), 第一次凍吃花甲, 以潮洲魚露、蒜頭、醬油、鹽、辣椒及芫茜去浸, 如此鮮甜爽滑, 一試難忘.兩款湯水各有特色, 而且也頗特別. 老菜脯燉豬肚$68(每位), 老菜脯能消滯化痰, 湯頭濃郁帶餘韻, 要讚加入芹菜粒添清新爽口感. 清湯燉牛腩很足料, 師傅加了鮮檸及咸檸檬一同燉製, 難怪味道如此潮式.香煎蕃薯烙是香口小食, 吃是要撒白砂糖在面.豆醬焗嫩雞$198(半隻), 以豆醬、薑葱及酒10個月大的母雞, 肉質嫩滑, 豆醬夠香, 這醬汁讓我們想來個白飯.筍亁炆鴨肉, 有菜有肉, 比例不錯, 鴨肉炆得夠腍但不會一夾即散, 筍的份量也夠多.  進入澱粉質系列! 芋頭炒香飯($128)令我吃多了, 芋頭有些壓蓉, 有些則是粒狀, 口感不錯, 又混入薑粒、菇粒及肉粒, 飯粒乾身, 超美味!沙茶牛肉粿條($148), 即是炒牛河~ 沙茶醬黏著麵條, 好入味! 牛肉軟腍, 又有芥蘭, 肥而不膩.川椒雞頸肉($148)認真不得了! 欣賞離骨起肉的做法, 方便吃之餘, 賣相也好, 雞頸肉很爽, 川椒香辣惹味~好喜歡這份小巧的五谷糭, 香甜不膩, 有菇粒、花生、白果、紅豆及薏米.芝麻落湯錢 $128,是潮州人過年過節會做的甜品, 一粒粒糯米糰軟糯煙韌,撒上黑白芝麻、花生、砂糖, 甜甜的, 有點像糖不甩~   continue reading
