To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時絕對吾會入將軍澳搵嘢食,係姊妹介紹下去食,不過無得訂位,我地夜晚6點半入座,等左半個幾鐘,好多人排隊再遲d去應該有排等。每枱有一個半鐘時間食,我地叫左七樣餸,個片皮鴨好正。咸蛋蝦球係姊妹話好食,不過我覺得太大舊,食完片皮鴨飲番個玫瑰花茶解油膩岩岩好。其他野食都吾錯,價錢都唔算貴,服務都ok,絕對會番轉頭再食
