To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚一嘗新開的店子,看很多食客也叫北京烤鴨,我們也照辦叫了一客,等了45分鐘終來了。但薄飯太厚,鴨皮太油,肉質沒味,結果滿口只感薄餅和油,很失望主打菜水準很差勁。很奇怪,此集團支店出名北京烤鴨,以為此店專門烤鴨,必然更上一層樓,卻完全令人大打折扣。另,嫩雞煨麵雞肉十分小,可以說是齋麵而已,相比其他麵店嫩雞煨麵,今次是最差。新開店時期應打響名號,但不知是否趕著開門,水準和餐館裝潢大相逕庭,結果消費過千卻滿足感負分
