Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

羊腩煲用新鮮羊真係無得頂，羊腩炆得夠入味，肉質鮮嫩，無乜肥膏，羊腩層皮煙煙韌韌，好有彈性，同雪藏羊真係分別太大了，另外佢入面D枝竹吸晒D羊腩汁，淨係呢個羊腩煲已經可以餸兩三碗飯。鐵板白胡椒煎魚卜D魚卜煎到好香口，外層煎到硬硬地，咬落去又保留返魚卜嘅口感，真係唔錯。加上鐵板熱辣辣另到D白胡椒D香味飄晒上黎，真係好惹味。鎮店小炒皇炒得夠乾身，腰果、韭黃、大蝦乾都炒得好夠火喉，最正係佢有D炸脆晒嘅芋頭絲，而且好少見小炒皇唔會好油。
