Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食來食去都係覺得呢一間嘅小菜最出色,淨係個咕嚕肉已經值回票價,材料新鮮已經贏咗起步點,呢度啲咕嚕肉係用新鮮豬肉,連菠蘿都係新鮮嘅,咕嚕肉外面炸咗個層皮脆脆哋,入面舊肉仲有肉汁,值得一讚係冇乜肥肉,唔使一邊食一邊咬走啲肥膏。乳鴿都做得好,唔會炸到燶晒over晒,乳鴿嘅肉都幾嫩滑。招牌雞睇個樣平平無奇,食落好夠雞味,隻雞冇乜肥膏,我哋要咗半隻,竟然都有雞潤雞腸呢啲內臟,幾好。什菌豆腐啲豆腐好滑,佢個芡汁雖然好似有啲厚,不過個味啱啱好唔會太鹹。 continue reading

由上年到而家都久唔久有幫襯呢間食店,一直以來嘅感覺都不錯,可惜由上年年尾開始,每次食完都有個總結老闆娘好似唔憂做,訂位食飯,永遠盡量安排最細嘅枱,最好坐喺出菜嗰張枱,就算打電話訂枱講明要求,結果都係安排坐出菜位置,訂一張枱就只坐到半張枱,完全唔理顧客感受;食物水準保持,可惜份量越來越少,已經失去呢間食店以往嘅性價比水平,可以忘記此店,又一家典型自作自受嘅趕客之店,太子區附近實在太多食肆可以選擇,無需受氣 continue reading

羊腩煲用新鮮羊真係無得頂,羊腩炆得夠入味,肉質鮮嫩,無乜肥膏,羊腩層皮煙煙韌韌,好有彈性,同雪藏羊真係分別太大了,另外佢入面D枝竹吸晒D羊腩汁,淨係呢個羊腩煲已經可以餸兩三碗飯。鐵板白胡椒煎魚卜D魚卜煎到好香口,外層煎到硬硬地,咬落去又保留返魚卜嘅口感,真係唔錯。加上鐵板熱辣辣另到D白胡椒D香味飄晒上黎,真係好惹味。鎮店小炒皇炒得夠乾身,腰果、韭黃、大蝦乾都炒得好夠火喉,最正係佢有D炸脆晒嘅芋頭絲,而且好少見小炒皇唔會好油。 continue reading

食品ok 但疑似老闆娘的服務態度實在令人難受 和朋友2人晚餐 點菜時老闆娘用很不友善態度講明每人最低消費$200 當時心諗點解小菜館會有最低消費?但都唔緊要 因為菜單價錢並不平民 即使每人點一道菜已差不多達到最低消費了 但老闆娘全程黑面 說話粗聲粗氣 可能此菜館只歡迎客人食鮑參翅肚 如只想食小菜的就請到別家了 是一次極差的體驗 不會再光顧了!另外,看見隔離枱客人用熱水沖洗碗筷 老闆娘即時大聲話啲碗筷好乾淨唔洗再洗啦!令客人非常尷尬 菜館很細 難怪幾張枱也坐不滿 continue reading

嚟到這家食肆,一入口就禁不住要發一聲:正!今日點咗幾款人氣嘅菜式,每款都係咁撩人。好啦,話咁多唔夠,就讓我來品一品同大家嘮嘮。首先,嗰個古法羊腩煲簡直係溫暖嘅擁抱🤗,逐塊羊腩肉嫩得來有嚼勁,藥材香氣又唔會過於濃重,溫潤滋補。條鎮店小炒皇帶咗少少嘅乾香同辣味,食落提味提神,個人覺得啱晒配酒吹水。聞名遐邇嘅咕嚕肉,唔得咁嘞,每一啖都係鮮甜爽口,外皮脆唧唧,入面嘅肉卻又鬆化入味😋。炸得金黃又唔油膩,呢個係洗板甲菜!安格斯牛粒就真係惹味到爆炸,金黃薯粒嘅酥脆同牛肉嘅鮮嫩相互輝映,一嚿嚿都係滿滿嘅滿足。雖然我唔係咁中意食得太邪惡,不過今次叼嘴一回,令到我完全投降。你話,呢啲美饌喺平民食店就搵到,咪即係話:平民也有春天啦!哈哈,總之食個飽係真嘅,無論係賓朋好友,定係家庭聚會,呢度都算得上係選擇之一。食完飽飽,心情就好似食物噉,暖笠笠嘅!🌟 continue reading
