公道講句,嘢食味道係還好,但其實只係還好係未好食到我要受氣來食,比佢更好食嘅菜館多的是。

終於試得到傳說中用大石斑做嘅魚米之「香」,而食呢個餸,除咗要預早訂定之外,上菜嘅時候仲有指定步驟,就好似上面幅相咁首先係會上個魚片嘅。然後就會喺魚片上面鋪滿炸到卜卜脆嘅米粒,魚米之「香」嘅咪就係講呢啲米粒。跟手就會倒超級香濃嘅鮮魚湯落去,當啲湯遇到啲脆米你就會聽到shot shot聲。大功告成,可以開動,因為條石斑夠大條,所以啖啖肉而且啲肉好厚身,佢蒸到啲魚肉啱啱好,所以好嫩滑,唔夠魚湯,自己仲可以斟,到到最後直頭就咁飲晒啲魚湯,超正。佢個魚米之「香」係兩食,第二食就係炆班頭腩,呢個都好好食,好新鮮又多肉。

呢一間係太子嘅粵式小炒餸菜出色之外,佢嘅燉湯真係唔可以錯過。今次因為冇提早預訂,所以只係試到佢嘅杏汁白肺湯,香甜濃郁,真係要用料好足先至咬得到呢一種味道出嚟,個湯底應該落咗啲瑤柱魚翅海味等等嘅材料先至有呢一種味道,豬肺都新鮮乾淨,數量亦都比想像多,因為出邊好多地方都係得少少豬肺,食得唔夠喉唔過癮。小菜嗌咗三款,三款都非常精彩,咕嚕肉同埋鐵板白胡椒煎魚卜不相伯仲,非常有驚喜。另外佢個乳鴿都做得好出色,啲肉好嫩滑。最後想讚一讚佢呢度呢隻德國麥啤好好飲。

天氣太熱,坐低即刻叫啤酒先至再慢慢揀餸,呢隻德國麥啤幾好飲,真係飲到小麥味,又爽又清涼有冇苦澀味。叫咗個鐵板啫啫雞什,又香口又惹味送酒一流,雖然心入面覺得有啲邪惡但係真係好食。佢個集眾招牌雞都好食,難得有雞味,隻雞嘅皮好薄,冇乜脂肪肥膏嗰啲,雞肉都嫩滑,相入面係半隻份量都好足吓。又肉又內臟,梗係要叫返個蔬菜類別平衡返一下健康啦,呢個係龍仔甜梅菜蒸菜心,菜心好嫩好綠,加咗甜椰菜上去原來個味道都幾夾,呢個都幾好食。

因為未齊人,所以先叫咗個小食邊等邊食,就係叫咗呢個冷盤,川椒豬手,個豬手都幾入味,雖然叫做川椒,但係其實又唔係好辣。另一個小食就試咗冰火魷魚,都係冷盤,不過呢個魷魚堅辣,叫冰火真係一D都無錯,兩個小食都好食。終於等齊人可以開餐,我地叫咗4個餸,4個都幾好食,呢間小菜館真係勁。先上枱嘅係呢度嘅招牌菜鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉,呢個真係做得好出色,個咕嚕肉外層係輕輕的脆口,入面粒肉就軟林林,個汁都好食,唔係一味死酸。個集眾招牌雞又係好正,隻雞好有雞味,雞皮薄,又唔肥,連埋雞潤雞腎雞腸,證明真新鮮。呢個鹽水花甲好新鮮,又無沙,而且都幾大粒肉。個菜都好有特色,菜芯加上甜梅菜原來都幾夾幾好食,值得推介。

招牌咕嚕肉個味道同個口感又真係唔錯,難怪差唔多每一枱客人都嗌,佢好食嘅地方就係咕嚕肉嗰個外皮好脆,就算淋咗個酸汁落去都冇影響到嗰個脆度,但係佢又唔係渣到硬晒嗰種咕嚕肉,佢入面嚿肉係好軟滑嘅。貪得意嗌咗個鹹蛋蒸肉餅,個肉餅多瘦肉少肥肉。金銀蛋浸勝瓜真係超好食,師傅將個勝瓜刨晒啲皮,淨係保留勝瓜最遠最滑最腍嘅部份,冇諗過勝瓜都可以咁嫩口。最後一個係金薯安格斯牛柳粒,所謂甘薯其實就係炸過嘅薯仔粒,呢個好食,因為薯仔粒吸咗牛肉嘅香味。
