To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友生日想食餐好,搜尋openrice見到近來甚多好評的蟹仙海鮮蒸氣火鍋,一於試試!我們選了銅鑼灣店,店子裝修十分寬敞,有兩層,坐得舒適闊落店子主打蒸海鮮,我們選了$449的海鮮餐,已包了8款海鮮,十分超值先上日本深海石斑一夜干,原條放進蒸鍋,魚肉鮮甜爽口,與平常一夜干燒的方法不同,原來又有另一番風味 ! 配上特制專用豉油,令魚肉鮮味更加提升之後上白刀貝、鮑魚及赤蝦,肉貿鮮甜而且很濃海水味,細問店員之下知道原店子的海鮮全都是入口野生的,與一般店的養殖海鮮不同,所以味道較濃郁再上龍蝦及奄仔蟹,兩款都爆膏,入口極香,肉質爽口,果然是新鮮貨最後再上蔬菜藍及吸收了海鮮精華的粥底,完美 !無論環境及食物都值得推薦!
