有朋友約我中午打邊爐,原來我真係未試過喺中午食火鍋,,因為上次覺得幾好食所以約朋友去尖沙咀分店試吓,尖沙咀可以望到小小對面維港嘅海景,景色優美,中午食火爐客人比晚上少好多,坐得比較鬆動。今次點蕃茄湯同香西皮蛋湯底,都係唔辣嘅湯底。上次十大必點有幾個都冇試過,所以今次特登點幾個嚟試吓。安格斯肥牛、稻田毛肚、鮮黃喉、重慶耗兒魚及現炸豆皮等。安格斯肥牛同羊肉水準穩定。稻田毛肚同鮮黃喉如果跟指示煮2分鐘,我覺得比較老,所以之後試咗1分鐘左右或者見到捲曲(即小小熟)時便拿起,食的口感會比較好。血旺即是豬紅,但佢哋嘅切法似鴨血,所以食落個口感同豬紅都有少少分別。海白菜其實唔係白菜,似海蜇,煮完後有啲爽脆,口感特別。炸豆皮同炸腐竹差不多,但比較薄身同煙韌。重慶耗兒魚係我今次最欣賞嘅食材,煮左10分鐘後,魚肉仍然好嫩滑,又冇乜魚骨,好鮮甜。
