又到聖誕,又到聖誕,朋友聚會陸續而來,難得的是大家都喜歡吃東南亞菜式,這晚就一起來到香港維港凱悅尚萃酒店。  位於酒店頂層、飽覽維港開揚海景的Cruise空中餐廳及酒吧,已經換上全新的亞洲郵輪港口主題菜式。  在享用晚餐前,可在餐廳中央的焦點酒吧細嚐具亞洲特色的雞尾酒,放鬆一下繃緊的心情。  確實,香港人這幾個月都很勞累,不是走在平行時空,只是偶爾的放鬆一下,才有動力再出發。 佐酒小吃,有免費添加的蝦片配參巴醬、Chili Jam、馬拉葉醬。  接著,先來柚子沙律$90,新鮮清甜柚子、羅望子、腰果、蔥等拌勻,加入少許辣醬,清新開胃,又不像平日吃的泰式沙律那麼酸辣。 雜錦刺身5片HK$210 / 10片HK$380,時令刺身,新鮮空運到港,潤澤肥美,這晚有帆立貝、吞拿魚、八爪魚等,吃得到的鮮味。  越式牛肉鮮蝦米紙卷$110,一向喜歡吃米紙卷,因為材料簡單卻吃出豐富的味道﹗軟糯的米紙卷包入鮮甜爽彈的鮮蝦、牛肉及香葉,如果米紙薄一點,口感會更好﹗  即場燒烤的沙嗲雞肉串$120,雞肉稚嫩香口,沾上甜辣度得宜的沙嗲醬,非常惹味。  香煎牛肋骨HK$180,以自家韓風醬汁醃製後再香煎,豐腴油脂
