六國酒店由1933年開業至今屹立不倒,經歷多年必有一定實力! 最近推出《一九九三•味道尋根》套餐,將昔日經典懷舊粵菜重新演繹.當中有兩款選擇,同樣六款食物,豐儉由人各有特色!▪️一九三三。流金歲月情懷套餐($428/位)▫️蜜汁叉燒叉燒呈半肥瘦狀態,咬落鬆軟,蜜汁焦香.旁邊並配有爽口開胃海蜇▫️煎大蝦碌蝦肉大隻,用刀叉吃最為不過.用上特製醬汁,惹味可口,並配搭酸甜涼拌車厘茄▫️上湯魚肚魚肚厚身,花菇滑溜.當中更有雞肉、金華火腿、瑤柱等用料十足,真材實料▫️雙鳳朝陽以雙鳳則雞肉和鴿肉相互配合,兩者已細心拆骨,肉質細嫩.鹹味突出,配以旁邊菜心剛好平衡▫️蟹扒菜苗菠菜上放滿新鮮蟹肉,並融入蛋白之中造成芡汁.一梳梳蟹肉,啖啖鮮味▫️羅漢齋麵作為經典素食麵,包含多種蔬菜及菇菌類.濃郁芡汁下一半麵質順滑,一半則香脆可口.非常飽肚
