To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好想推介呢度嘅晚餐,性價比高!叫咗唔係好多嘢,但都覺得好飽~首先係黑松露帶子沙律,雖然黑松露味唔係好濃,但係沙律菜嘅份量真係唔少,仲有青瓜、番茄等,而且面頭嘅帶子都好飽滿,好新鮮!再嚟嘅係燒牛脷,食落有牛香,油香仲係口腔郎朗下添,最後再encore,食落一啲都唔韌架!北海道小川海膽,一版份量雖然唔係好多,但每舊都好大,一啖食落去會feel到好creamy,唔會腥。仲有日本岩蠔,一啲都無誇張!真係好大隻,而且海水味唔算好重,但又夠鮮甜!雖然環境來講唔算好靚,但以食物同價錢嚟講,絕對好抵食~
