To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺記冰室.我又終於明左點解咁多人排隊啦大佬 真心正喎坐低睇餐牌 咩都想食早餐、午餐同下午茶樣樣都勁吸引今次食午餐梗係試哂滑蛋飯同常餐啦所以叫左滑蛋蝦仁飯 同番茄湯午餐肉粒通粉仲特登轉埋奶油脆豬個滑蛋 厚到一個點熟嘅程度啱啱好 仲有啲蛋汁 食到尾都仲有仲要咬落去係好有層次然後常餐又係勁高質個番茄湯勁香濃 最令我印象深刻嘅係啲#午餐肉 佢一粒粒好厚肉之餘仲特登煎左先 咬落去個外層係香脆唔會好似平時嘅午餐肉一叉就散散哂落個湯度煎過香啲之餘 仲成粒可以吸收哂啲番茄湯睇得出好花心思諗過咁整.不過等係真係等得耐嘅無計啦 鋪位太細啦食得好趕急囉
