牛乳滑蛋亦是這家店的名物, 真心做得好。。。 剛熟的日本蛋, 又滑又香, 蛋汁配牛乳香氣撲鼻。

特濃蕃茄湯 + 仿鮑魚火腿絲通粉

這個是店家為福福郎炮製的「特別版」通粉, 因為店家替我把午餐肉換成了較為健康的鮑魚火腿絲。

蕃茄湯很濃郁,上面加了很多紅卜卜的茄蓉, 配上淡粉紅色的火腿絲和象牙色的仿鮑魚絲, 像極了一件誘人的草間彌生藝術品。。。

晨早流流出去灣仔做野,順便去搵靚早餐食!旺記冰室好選擇特濃蕃茄湯餐肉粒通粉特濃湯底真係無誇張到,湯底好濃好夠味,同餐肉粒味道好夾,通粉本身又好掛湯,好好味好開胃。本身以為食唔晒,點知好啱胃口,清碗。炒滑蛋蛋味非常濃郁,同平時茶記食開既好唔同,原來係用日本生產既雞蛋,加上師傅好好手勢,真係做到「滑」蛋。為新一天帶來一個完美嘅開頭。奶油豬烘得啱啱好,外脆內軟。仲要頂同底兩塊都比晒,食得好滿足!涷愛爾蘭咖啡咖啡味非常濃郁,咖啡豆炒得夠燶,一百分提神!仲有好多特色食品,留返下次再幫襯。

旺記我真係去過超過十次以上, 依間野食疫情前其實係非常非常多人排隊。我試過一個人黎等位都要半個鐘以上。餐廳有限用餐時間係半個鐘。今次黎到當然都係嗌番我的最愛啦, 火腿忌廉湯公仔麵, 一定一定要加$5蚊轉個豬仔包, 另外會跟個炒蛋既, 咁我習慣會叫佢轉番炒熟蛋 (個人口味不太鐘意食太生既蛋), 另外都提一提, 旺記講晴係用日本蛋 (佢咁講我咁聽啦) 不過又真係幾香既! 個豬仔包係我的最愛, 好夠練奶, 同埋烘完非常鬆脆 奶茶都好掂, 又香又滑 茶膽一D都唔苦, 真係拍得住傳統茶餐廳沖出黎既味道。

以前午膳時間門口總是好多人排隊,今日比平時遲一個鐘食飯,諗住去食返個叉燒炒蛋飯,點知感覺好差,由於我係一個人,被安排去左一張4人枱,斜對角有個食客,對角咁坐無問題,點知之後來多一個食客,被安排坐我對面,面對面,中間無隔板,感覺有點奇怪,過左一陣,斜對角的食客走左,諗住侍應會安排對面的食客坐過斜對角(我隔離個位有張紙貼住唔俾坐,4個位得1個位貼住唔俾人坐),咁就2個陌生人係張4人枱可以斜角咁坐,感覺好一點,點知侍應再安排多一個新客人坐左斜對角位置,咁就變左一張4人枱坐左3個互不相識的陌生人,毫無隔板,這是什麼安排,明明見到門口有張2人枱都係坐左一個人,點解要將3個陌生人塞係一張無任何隔板的4人枱,縱觀全店,食客人數近乎爆滿,張張枱都幾乎坐晒4個人,說好的不得超過一半入座人數呢?再講,明明張單落左叉燒拼蝦,點知來左個叉燒,但無蝦,提出後話後補俾我,最後係補返3隻蝦,對面都叫左雙拼,佢d蝦起碼有4-5隻,完全感覺唔到食店對於出錯餐後的彌補係幾有誠意,總的而言,是次用膳感覺勁差,唔會再有下次

周末人在灣仔,開初都冇諗住食外賣嘅,但個個好似同大胃作對咁,去邊間,邊間就排長龍,於是去灣仔近碼頭嘅一邊,人流好疏,不過呢間仍然坐滿座,咁唯有認命叫外賣啦好快就到手,包得幾好,拎返屋企完全冇瀉呢間招牌滑蛋叉燒同蝦仁,好難之間,大胃決定雙拼食落果然滑過瀡滑梯,而且好夠汁,飯仲幾好質感呢碗睇落平平無奇,食落驚喜十足蛋好厚,湯勁香勁鮮,好快食到湯都冇滴剩多士都好特別,係麥包嚟㗎奶茶都好滑,係茶記嘅風味呀咖啡有陣炭燒香,好醒神希望下次有機會堂食啦

上星期食完滑蛋蝦仁飯之後一直念念不忘,覺得平價又好食,今個weekend搵左另一間冰室,呢間旺記冰室應該出左名食滑蛋叉燒飯,好多遊客都特地來賣襯,既然係招牌今次我決定買兩份外賣返去,同阿妹一人一份;滑蛋蝦仁飯口感特別嫩特別滑,就好似日式親子丼咁口感順滑,應該因為用左日本蛋既緣故,雞蛋特別滑嫩多汁我成日覺得呢d經典港式飯要整得好其實好考功夫,呢間火候就控制得唔錯,蝦仁食得出滑腴彈牙;另一盒叉燒蝦仁雙併味道一樣,不過多左鬆軟香甜既叉燒,不過今次既叉燒有點過瘦

已經開始迷上日本滑蛋飯同,所以今日喺旺記冰室見到,就買左兩款唔同嘅滑蛋飯自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯,小店就用咗自家製嘅甜豉油,好有心思滑蛋嘅份量最多,面層有小小蔥花,叉燒好大舊,但唔會好肥。爽口蝦仁日本滑蛋飯同自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯差不多,蝦仁十分爽口,米也不會黏,最值得一讚當然係甜豉油,不僅有心思,拌飯都好好味😋。雖然食物睇落好少,但係都好飽肚整體來說,我最喜歡的是它的滑蛋、甜豉油同蝦仁。價錢亦都唔算太貴,服務都好好。我一定會再回顧

今日因為要趕住幫人執屋,所以朝早只係食咗份三文治,未夠兩點鐘就已經覺得有啲肚餓,嚟「旺記冰室」買外賣。本來打算買下午茶餐,原來 Tea Set 要三點鐘先開始供應,咁就揀個滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙拼飯。套餐奉送飲品,可選絲襪奶茶 或 忌廉即磨咖啡,如果想轉凍飲就要 +$2、凍熱飲轉大杯 +$3、樽裝牛奶 +$4,而外賣則要另 + $1。日本滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙拼飯 配 旺記秘製甜豉油 ($59),滑蛋分量超多,把整個飯面完全覆蓋住,蛋內有蔥花,入口滑溜富蛋香。叉燒軟腍大塊,食落香甜有肉香,而蝦仁亦爽脆彈牙,加上米飯夠乾爽,粒粒分明,拌甜豉油吃剛剛好,食完夠曬飽肚。好耐無飲過維記樽裝鮮奶,+$4 就有一支,超抵飲。
