Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日晏晝我同男朋友去左旺記冰室,晏晝時間真係好多人排隊,入面限時30分鐘所以都唔會等得太過耐。餐廳入面唔算太大,但係枱唔會放得太逼,坐落去唔會太辛苦既今次我就嗌左「叉燒炒蛋飯」同「番茄午餐肉通粉加多士炒蛋」「番茄午餐肉通粉加多士炒蛋」嘅番茄汁真係好濃汁呀,番茄味好重而且汁果邊比較杰,加埋脆卜卜既午餐肉,通粉份量都好足夠,三樣加埋真係好完美呀炒蛋係另一個重點黎,炒蛋炒得好滑而且蛋味好濃,真係好好味呀多士都整得夠脆,包身好鬆軟「叉燒炒蛋飯」係我另一個心頭好旺記既炒蛋真係特別滑同好食,加埋半肥瘦既叉燒,同少少蔥,真係好好味呀,自己就習慣左另上啲汁可以就返喜好落份量。飲品方面我就嗌左「熱檸水」同「姜汁奶茶」,「熱檸水」就同一般茶餐廳一樣「姜汁奶茶」我就嗌左凍同少甜,姜味都夠,不過如果好鍾意姜味既話就建議飲熱的,相信味道會更出整體而言,呢間係值得回頭同排隊既餐廳,而且排隊時間都合理既 continue reading

出咗灣仔,食個午飯就搵咗呢間想食好耐既冰室,午飯時間,門口有一堆放午飯既白領人士!以為要等好耐,但等咗10分鐘就入得啦🤤佢個叉燒蝦仁蛋飯,睇到好多人食評影既相都好吸引,啲滑蛋炒得好靚,原來標榜使用日本雞蛋🥚要埋蝦仁雙併都係多$4到,所以一黎就叫雙併試下先!果然蛋真係炒得好滑,我呢個蛋控食得好開心,同埋佢個靈魂果然係個秘製鼓油到因為太餓,仲叫咗個奶油豬,唔係誇張,呢個反而出奇地好味,一黎個脆豬熱辣辣,再搽滿牛油煉奶,成件事真係不得了!仲加咗$4試咗杯愛爾蘭咖啡,但我呢個唔係咖啡既專業人士,我就覺得同普通咖啡無咩分別啦!朋友仲叫咗杯龍鳳檸樂,不過不失啦! continue reading

早前幸運的在IG Giveaway中得到一盒中秋口味限定的馬卡龍禮盒,領奬前先到近年火紅的冰室果腹,留意了小店好一陣子,今天終於能一償所願。 周日中午時份門口有一條小人龍,兩個人大約排了十五分鐘方能入座。小店座位約三十個,用餐時間為三十分鐘,每人至少要點一份食物/飲品。特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉 $49 有坑紋的螺絲粉掛湯力較高,煮得不過稔,配上濃稠的蕃茄湯底和炸過的午餐肉,不錯。 4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋配奶油脆豬(+$5) 蛋炒得嫩滑,惟蛋味略遜,比上不足比下有餘。眼見麥包多士不太特別,遂加錢將多士轉做脆豬;剛焗起的豬仔包外脆內軟,鹹香的牛油和甜滋滋的煉奶交融在上,每吃一口都感覺幸福。 滑蛋叉燒飯 $55 當初吸引我光臨就是這看似普通的碟頭飯,成品來到尚算吸引。蛋比剛才的嫩滑,不過飯粒偏乾,叉燒薄瘦且硬身,即使淋上有提味作用的甜豉油亦吃不出其特別過人之處。 除了那奶油脆豬比較出色以外,其餘的質素也只是平平,而其中一位較年長的女侍應亦予人一種拒諸門外的感覺,能走紅大抵是帶點幸運因素。 continue reading
