Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晨早流流出去灣仔做野,順便去搵靚早餐食!旺記冰室好選擇特濃蕃茄湯餐肉粒通粉特濃湯底真係無誇張到,湯底好濃好夠味,同餐肉粒味道好夾,通粉本身又好掛湯,好好味好開胃。本身以為食唔晒,點知好啱胃口,清碗。炒滑蛋蛋味非常濃郁,同平時茶記食開既好唔同,原來係用日本生產既雞蛋,加上師傅好好手勢,真係做到「滑」蛋。為新一天帶來一個完美嘅開頭。奶油豬烘得啱啱好,外脆內軟。仲要頂同底兩塊都比晒,食得好滿足!涷愛爾蘭咖啡咖啡味非常濃郁,咖啡豆炒得夠燶,一百分提神!仲有好多特色食品,留返下次再幫襯。 continue reading

旺記我真係去過超過十次以上, 依間野食疫情前其實係非常非常多人排隊。我試過一個人黎等位都要半個鐘以上。餐廳有限用餐時間係半個鐘。今次黎到當然都係嗌番我的最愛啦, 火腿忌廉湯公仔麵, 一定一定要加$5蚊轉個豬仔包, 另外會跟個炒蛋既, 咁我習慣會叫佢轉番炒熟蛋 (個人口味不太鐘意食太生既蛋), 另外都提一提, 旺記講晴係用日本蛋 (佢咁講我咁聽啦) 不過又真係幾香既! 個豬仔包係我的最愛, 好夠練奶, 同埋烘完非常鬆脆 奶茶都好掂, 又香又滑 茶膽一D都唔苦, 真係拍得住傳統茶餐廳沖出黎既味道。 continue reading

第三波疫情仲未完一於決定嘆個靚早餐轉換下心情呢間餐廳係灣仔,但價錢就相對同區餐廳嚟講唔算太貴,重點是好多特色嘅早餐可以選擇!有追蹤我嘅朋友都一定知道我不愛吃包,但卻中意食脆豬。脆豬嘅精髓就係上面嘅奶油嘞,一咬落去煉奶與牛油嘅香,真係不得了!配合埋剛烘好嘅炸脆包皮,絕配!第二個非常值得推介就係滑蛋嘞,呢款滑蛋真係連蛋汁都流埋出嚟,非常香滑,真係有心去做好一份早餐㗎!湯底係忌廉雞湯,忌廉味唔會好重好膩,反而就好好味嘅雞湯你有多久無飲過樽裝牛奶?這是回憶的味道,是香港人不能忘記嘅味道! continue reading

以前午膳時間門口總是好多人排隊,今日比平時遲一個鐘食飯,諗住去食返個叉燒炒蛋飯,點知感覺好差,由於我係一個人,被安排去左一張4人枱,斜對角有個食客,對角咁坐無問題,點知之後來多一個食客,被安排坐我對面,面對面,中間無隔板,感覺有點奇怪,過左一陣,斜對角的食客走左,諗住侍應會安排對面的食客坐過斜對角(我隔離個位有張紙貼住唔俾坐,4個位得1個位貼住唔俾人坐),咁就2個陌生人係張4人枱可以斜角咁坐,感覺好一點,點知侍應再安排多一個新客人坐左斜對角位置,咁就變左一張4人枱坐左3個互不相識的陌生人,毫無隔板,這是什麼安排,明明見到門口有張2人枱都係坐左一個人,點解要將3個陌生人塞係一張無任何隔板的4人枱,縱觀全店,食客人數近乎爆滿,張張枱都幾乎坐晒4個人,說好的不得超過一半入座人數呢?再講,明明張單落左叉燒拼蝦,點知來左個叉燒,但無蝦,提出後話後補俾我,最後係補返3隻蝦,對面都叫左雙拼,佢d蝦起碼有4-5隻,完全感覺唔到食店對於出錯餐後的彌補係幾有誠意,總的而言,是次用膳感覺勁差,唔會再有下次 continue reading
