To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Introduction
Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, most famous dish is scrambled eggs with fried barbecued pork rice, use of Japan egg, 3.6 milk and homemade Hong Kong style barbecued pork. Another recommendation is wheat sandwich with 4 ingredients.

We had an enjoyable lunch after browsing the Art fair in HKCEC. I got the signature charsiu omurice, the portion was slightly smaller than the manly size, which could be perfect for ladies. The scrambled eggs were smooth, charsiu was legit and finely sliced. The best part, imo, was the house soy sauce, which elevated the omurice a lot. Mix everything well together and gather a bite on your spoon, to savour the taste of Hong Kong style CCT. The hot milk tea, however, was not as thick as i expected, the formula here had more tea than evaporated milk- suiting the grown-ups!

前天没怎么吃,第二天早起找到这家,店面小小的,就很标准茶餐厅配置,牛肉车仔面不错,牛肉很入味,嫩嫩的,车仔面就qq弹弹,汤底的味道也喜欢,滑蛋吐司,滑蛋嫩嫩的,不会有腥气的感觉,吃起来也舒服。在坐大多是本地人吃饭,轻轻松松好棒。另外点份麦片,真的好大一碗,配鸡蛋吐司,完全吃不完,好撑哦。店家好热情,冷眼什么不存在的,点单也好耐心,游客也能感觉很舒服的一家店。Ps.Cash only 需要注意,不过进门大叔就会提醒⏰的很贴心也避免尴尬

今天去灣仔寫字樓做事,在附近搵餐廳食早餐,哩間餐廳早餐都好大份,我點咗三文治及雞湯忌廉通粉兩個,個個好大份,入面好多蛋有三層,外面加花生醬幾好味,湯通粉湯的味道幾好,全部不過不失。

餐廳位於行去灣仔會展個邊既天橋下面不過餐廳入面唔多位 所以都預左要等但入面既人都食得快 快來快去大概等10-20分鐘左右就入得去✨招牌叉燒滑蛋飯$60✨以為佢個樣平平無奇會冇乜特別但一食落口 個蛋真係好滑😍而且加埋秘製嘅甜豉油 好好食!個人覺得係全灣仔最好食既滑蛋叉燒飯✨特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉$56✨午餐肉炸過所以好好味但個蕃茄湯同通粉都冇乜特別不過佢個餐包埋多士同炒蛋 好抵食整體係唔錯 不過d座位偏細 預左要同人夾枱

呢間冰室食過好多次,最出色係滑蛋叉燒飯同滑蛋蝦仁飯,多打工仔會黎呢度食晏,連埋野飲六十幾蚊左右~🫶🩷留意既係lunch真係好多人,如果12點半前到會好d,就唔駛等位,而且好似有用餐時間~🙈滑蛋叉燒飯 🫕叉燒唔算太出色,有D硬身,而且偏瘦,但係啲蛋好滑,配合佢地既自家製嘅甜豉油,幾好味,甜度剛好,以冰室黎講算係中上啦🙈🍽️之前都有幫襯過佢地外賣,有食過特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉,連埋飲品同多士炒蛋~🥪都係值得推介🥰
