To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新店開嘅時候已經係呢度嘅捧場客,見到之前有其他食客話食物好流,所以今晚我係刻意走來挑剔一下。今晚我一共有11個人,叫咗好多碟山蘇白玉瓜,水準依舊,拼盤排骨豬腳炸雞豬腸乜都叫哂,真心講,我覺得佢地keep到水準咼,點解其他食家會評得咁差呢?我覺得已經好貼近台南風味,食家是否食慣左台南偏廣東口味咋?!佢地咖啡出名好味唔使講,原來黑糖奶茶亦是👍🏻👍🏻,今晚整體我俾90分!環境舒適nice!!
