而家有港鐵站,去九龍城方便到不得了。同閏蜜黎呢度尋寶,尋到呢間評價唔錯嘅日式餐廳。玄米茶加自家漬物做opening,已經好期待跟住落嚟嘅菜式~由淡至濃,刺身相當鮮味肥美,魚油喺口中慢慢滲出個種滋味超正。時令刺身都講究部位,例如5、6、7月時令係深海池魚,背部做刺身,腩肥美嘅油做炙燒,用最適時當造嘅食物,配上恰當烹調,可算係omakase嘅精粹。師傅用自家磨天婦羅小麥粉,所以炸物嘅外層係非常薄脆,有馬花椒日本鴨胸、醃製蟹籽夾醋青魚,當中少少岩鹽少少自己調味,每口食得出烹調嘅細膩,尤其鴨胸,香脆表面內藏厚實嘅鴨胸,相當好味!呢個季節最適合飲梅子湯,大大粒梅子,慢慢越來越濃嘅梅子香味,岩哂我!啖啖肉三倉伊勢龍蝦,連湯飲埋,厚實多肉爽口,有少少湯嘅咸味,超級好味!我揀咗明太子茶漬飯,辣辣地又有鮮味,好岩食嘅夏天漬飯。甜品係檸檬雪芭,冰涼又酸酸地,仲有兩粒精緻嘅麻薯,完美呀。日本廚師Watanabe san好nice,講左好多佢地日本有報嘅嘢比我地知。笑下食下,靜靜地好enjoy呢餐美味嘅尋寶之旅。
