近日看新聞得知這間潮式美食店重開,馬上就動身到訪!想不到門口竟然那麼多人,排隊好一會才入到店裡面滿滿的人,看來除了街坊熟客,還有些外區的人慕名而來!傳統潮州菜,凍盤,滷水,都是名店的巧手小菜環境:有少許迫,不過人山人海,也沒辦法呢服務:即使超忙還是有基礎服務質素,難得食物:滷水拚盤$138豬耳,豬大腸,紅腸,鵝腸,鴨腎,豬頭肉,生腸,一應俱全,加上甜甜的滷水汁,傳統潮菜就這樣!蒜子火腩大鱔煲$188惹味!火腩夠多而且用上五花腩,鱔夠薄又不多骨,加入支竹同炒,非常重口味之選!金銀蛋時菜 $108以炒蛋+咸蛋+皮蛋煮成,加入白菜跟雞湯底煮好,味道多重,清清地不錯~
