To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前留意到Dim Sum Library的精緻點心,已經好想試試看,最近看到他們推出了一係列的點心酥,好有創意,限定系列去到11月5日哦,要吃的夥伴要把握機會了!-全新點心酥系列:𓈒𓏸麻婆豆腐酥𓈒𓏸黑椒和牛酥𓈒𓏸薑蔥龍蝦酥𓈒𓏸沙薑雞酥𓈒𓏸白汁雜菌酥酥皮做得熱辣辣十分酥脆可口,不過也有點飽肚哈哈,建議與朋友一起分享特別是嫩嫩的麻婆豆腐酥,與脆脆的酥皮形成對比。另外有:羽衣甘藍星班腸粉 中間啖啖星班肉。胭脂帶子餃 盤龍茄子 外面脆脆的,而且吸收了甜辣醬,中間軟綿綿。家鄉炒粉絲,一上菜熱騰騰的而且冒煙,粉絲非常有咬口。開心果奶凍 軟滑透心涼

酥皮做得熱辣辣十分酥脆可口,不過也有點飽肚哈哈,建議與朋友一起分享
