Green Olive 同 Potato salad 同時給端上。油浸的橄欖青青綠綠的,豐盈圓潤,蠻鬆脆廷身,味道酸溜溜中帶鹹香,頗開胃的。Potato salad 的薯仔粒配上米白色的沙律醬汁,爽脆嚼勁,配上碎細的香草,蠻精緻。

一輪西班牙前菜洗禮後,口中的鈍舌實及急不及待品嚐美味的 Tapas!

首先送上的是 Portobello Mushroom Benedict。金黃吸睛的 Egg Benedict 配上少量細粉狀的香草伴碟作點綴,配上醬汁及幾條青菜作襯托,彷彿朝氣滿溢。 底層的 Portobello Mushroom 波特貝拉菇因尺寸多數如手掌般大小,豐厚富實而水份較多,純有帝王蘑菇的稱號。Egg Benedict 精髓是荷蘭醬。荷蘭醬多數是以蛋黃、奶油、檸檬汁(或醋)、胡椒、鹽所攪拌混煮而成的。

切開的時間,潺潺蛋黃緩緩地流出,富膠質黏感,口感濃稠滑順,帶點酸香。 Portobello Mushroom 和中間夾雜著的洋蔥絲與 Egg Benedict 一併入口時,緩和了的膩滯感,令整體的味道發揮得淋漓盡致。
