今晚難得可以不用夜收,與美女朋友們來吃西班牙菜。餐廳位置不算好找,空間亦不算大,環境昏暗,可以說是頗有情調。前菜方面,先有Tomato bread。麵包脆脆的,點上自家製蕃茄醬幾開胃。朋友太肚餓,很快就清光了。Clams in green sauce 份量都不少,用魚湯煮蜆肉,幾新鮮,蜆肉都幾入味,魚湯味頗濃。Grilled cuttlefish 墨魚切到細細粒,方便客人食用。墨魚粒幾彈牙,沾上自家製的蒜蓉泡沫sauce,幾香口。Garlic Shrimp 很重蒜香,蝦肉爽彈,愛蒜的朋友相信會喜歡。湯有兩款,Mushroom Soup 菇味濃郁。另一款是凍湯Gazpacho,蕃茄凍湯對我來說是頗新鮮的味道。然後店員會給予Fruit Sorbet清清味蕾。主食是Seafood Paella。四人的海鮮飯份量十足!以魚和蝦湯熬製的飯,頗為入味,飯粒有咬口,不會煮得過腍,還有少許飯焦,幾香口。海鮮有蝦、墨魚、蜆,相當豐富。甜品有兩款,Catalonia Cream是較少吃到的西班牙甜點。面層是微脆的焦糖,下面是軟滑帶點流質的燉蛋,味道不錯。另一款是Tiramisu Foam,最愛底層的餅底,脆脆的口感,整體質感亦軟滑。整體味道是偏重,愛重口味的朋友應該會喜歡。 continue reading

一講到食西班牙菜,就會令我諗起tapas & seafood paella今日食既呢間西班牙私房菜,實在令我忍唔住要同大家分享因為由頭盤到甜品,每一道菜都令我地好有驚喜,由頭讚到尾呢間餐廳有別於一般的西餐廳格局,很有家庭feel,不過燈光就暗左啲食食下有啲想訓覺🤣🤣我實在太唔浪漫了醃橄欖,餐前小食,從來呢個小食都唔係我碗飯,不過試左青色黑色各一粒,又唔錯喎,至少入到口,無想吐返出黎Tapa: Tomato Toast 蕃茄醬係自家製的,好香蒜味,係用新鮮蕃茄製的,所以好fresh,加左啲香草&蒜蓉,可以辟走蕃茄既菜腥味Tapas: Clams in Green Sauce呢個蜆係用左魚湯焗製的,所以好入味而且每一隻蜆都好脹卜卜,超好口感魚湯亦好濃味,全部都俾我飲清光Tapas: Grilled Cuttlefish with Green Allioli Espuma魷魚粒好爽口,又容易咬開,完全唔韌配上旁邊既生蒜醬,出乎意外之外地好食喎輕微的生蒜辣味,味道好夾Mushroom Soup雖然好細碗,但係超足料,每一啖都充滿著磨菇粒清一清味蕾再食主菜Seafood Paella呢個海鮮飯係用左魚湯&蝦湯一齊焗製的,所以味道較為濃郁而且焗到面頭有點飯焦,好香口中間仲加左啲墨魚粒,有唔同既口感如果覺得太濃味,可以加啲檸檬汁中和返西班牙傳統甜品Catalonia Cream仲有埋Tiramisu Catalonia Cream超好食係混合左檸檬、雞蛋、玉桂一齊做的,檸檬味道突出,有清新既感覺,真係好唔夠喉呀 continue reading

難得早收工喺上環行完街就諗住揾間好野食,點知真係揾到間正野🤓西班牙私房菜!!上到去好似包左場咁,幾有情調,好岩黎慶祝紀念日🥰Starter有個蕃茄點包,最中意脆卜卜嘅面包!蜆不嬲都係我至愛,大隻好清甜又唔會有沙!之後本黎左個魷魚粒,本身係燒嘅已經吸引,最特別係佢個sauce,係新鮮啫出黎嘅大蒜cream,一定要點,好出色!食完魷魚就有個蒜片蝦,先唔好計佢黎到好香,超開胃,蝦好新鮮點埋蒜油非常夾!中間最surprise係佢比左個雪芭清一清油膩,先再上主菜,太貼心同埋好特別,但成日味又好夾,唔好似食緊甜品😂西班牙海鮮飯好食,用魚湯煮食得出濃好多!每一道餸嘅安排好有心思,食完之前仲要兩道好正嘅甜品!真心推薦! continue reading

私房菜在香港發展多年,在初期只有數間經營,全盛時期百分齊放,中菜、法國菜、意大利、西班牙等各國佳肴,應有盡有,但汰弱留强,能在租金成本不斷上漲之下,還能生存下來的已不太多。今晚有幸預訂上環一間西班牙私房菜。此店地方不算大,佈置簡約,舒適寧靜,大厨通常都是預先接到客人訂坐,製訂餐單才選購食材,所以食物必定最佳和最新鲜。先來法包配自製醬汁 - 醬汁是番茄蒜蓉加橄欖油,味道鮮甜清香。魚湯煑蜆 - 濃郁的魚湯煑出來的蜆更能提升蜆的鮮味。炒墨魚粒 - 墨魚肉質本來較為結實,但大㕑對火候拿捏精準,炒出來的墨魚粒無比的柔軟,點了芫茜蒜頭泡沫醬,非常冶味好吃。蒜片蝦 - 用橄欖油炸出來的蝦,侍應建議我們趁熱吃,否則凍了蝦便不爽脆和油膩。蘑菇湯 - 新鮮蘑菇打碎煑滾,加入泡沫蛋白和黑松露,入口清香鮮甜。西班牙海鮮飯 - 用魚蝦湯泡製的海鮮飯再加入墨魚粒、蜆和鮮蝦,飯吸收海鮮的精華,非常可口。甜品有提拉米蘇、莓味雪糕和橘子士多啤梨醤配蛋餅,各有各精彩。 continue reading
