與好友慶祝生日,食好少少是必須的。這間位於上環的西班牙私房菜,只接受預訂,而老闆更會根據食客喜好提供菜單,服務相當周到。蕃茄蒜頭多士:多士鬆脆,配合少少清新的蕃茄醬及薯仔蒜頭醬,美味前菜的好開始。魚湯煮蜆:蜆肉以濃濃的魚湯烹調,既沒有魚腥味,蜆肉更顯鮮甜。烤墨魚配蕃茜蒜頭醬:醬汁很特別且帶有少許辣味,是生蒜的原味混合了蕃茜,完美昇華了墨魚的鮮味。橄欖油炒蒜蓉蝦:上枱還是熱㷫㷫滾滾的,橄欖油爆香了蒜片,與蝦球齊齊入口,是滿分的享受。黑松露蘑菇湯:用料十足菇味濃郁,飲湯之餘也有無數蘑菇粒供咀嚼。蕃茄凍湯:蕃茄味極度濃烈清新,少許酸酸的很開胃。雜果雪葩:用以清一清味道以進食下一道主菜。西班牙海鮮飯:米飯以魚湯蝦湯烹調,海鮮味特別濃,而各種海鮮更切成粒粒混入飯中,口感複雜有層次。Cream brulee (加泰隆尼亞版):較普通的更水感更creamy,好特別好好味! continue reading

見OpenRice幾好評價,走去試吓。冇睇清楚原來食私房菜,一家三口都係食同一套餐。三款海鮮Tapas:蜆、魷魚、蝦,三種不同煮法,各有特色,用料算講究。忌廉蘑菇湯,正常的好飲。之後有雪葩清一清味蕾,都幾細心。西班牙飯,飯粒吸飽海鮮湯,好鮮味。軟硬適中,全碟清哂。甜品有驚喜。中間嗰碟,唔知叫乜。用蛋白做嘅,睇落似custard,入口似burrito cheese。配埋berry jelly , 好味又特別。Tiramisu 做得好好,個cream 做得好輕。自家芒果雪糕都好食。 continue reading
