To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 將軍澳中心裝修完之後開左好多餐廳而美中鴨子更加長期有好多人等位黎到餐廳拎飛,嘩!不得了仲要等70位先入到最後等左1個半鐘先入到去原來以為好似一般美心中菜咁係酒樓咁不過入到去無論裝修,侍應制服或者餐具都好新式首先叫左桂圓紅棗茶,偏甜,不過勝左沖左幾壼都仲有味小籠包皮薄又多汁,咬落去會咇d汁出黎羊肉面個湯底好濃郁,好特別,羊肉切到好似肥牛片咁,好好食海鮮泡飯湯好鮮甜,可惜飯粒比較硬,如果"林"d會好食d菜肉水餃皮適中,唔會太厚,味道ok之後到最期待ge桂花鴨件,桂花糕好清香佢個底用塊芝士味?pizza味?薯片墊底,好特別不過上層得塊鴨皮,無鴨肉胡椒餅係全餐最失望ge一味,本身以為會好juicy好重胡椒味,不過一咬落去,成口粉,又乾,餡又無咩胡椒味
