今日同朋友去咗尖沙咀一帶,搵左間叫Chef Stage de Eddy Chu,網上嘅評價唔錯,我哋一於去試吓啦!比較推介既係5Course Set Dnner五道菜晚餐,睇落唔算好多,不過當晚食到好飽,好滿足。☺️朋友好想食生蠔!我哋選擇咗生蠔以及紅酒套餐。每個套餐加$ 68 2 pcs of Seasonal Oyster with Grass of Red/White Wine📍時令生蠔配紅白餐酒,生蠔的海水味幾重 下,食落去肉質飽們,非常新鮮。白酒偏向甜甜地,咁落去唔算話好苦,酒味香濃。🍽下一道菜係:Prawn & Mango Salad 乳酪鮮蝦芒果沙律,乳酪沙律醬味道好特別,同大蝦🦐🦐嘅味道好夾。沙律菜占有少量黑醋,味道唔錯!加上淡淡清香的芒果,令沙律變得非常新鮮。然後係我最期待嘅:Japanese Rice Cake in a Crab Meat Sauce 清酒蟹肉日本年糕,食落去清酒嘅味道唔算話好重,主要都係忌廉同埋蟹肉味,年糕的口感煙韌,唔錯。加上成碟菜煮得熱騰騰,食落去別有一番滋味。🦀Soup湯:Mushroom Black Truffle黑松露蘑菇湯 呢度嘅黑松露

Soup湯:Mushroom Black Truffle黑松露蘑菇湯 呢度嘅黑松露蘑菇湯都唔錯架,啖啖都係菇菌,口感十足,用了非常豐富。飲落去唔會話好飽肚,因為唔係用忌廉做湯底,算係比較清淡嘅蘑菇湯。

Cream of Tom Yum Kung/Soup of The Day
忌廉冬蔭蝦湯,呢一款有少少辣,不過有一隻大蝦係上面,非常足料。冬陰公味十足,的確係實至名歸嘅fushion菜~~

主菜叫左Braised N.Z Lamb Shank, Port Wine Gravy 呠酒燴紐西蘭羊膝$498 ,半膝食落去肉質非常軟熟,應該係長時間炆煮,羊膝加上呠酒味真係完美嘅配搭!底下有好多椰菜,偏向中式。蘿蔔食落都好甜。

另一份主菜要咗:Bratied 1benico Pork Cheek in a Rice Wine Gray雜菜米酒燴黑毛豬$498 黑毛豬好軟身,份量超級大,有多件,肉汁多多。旁邊嘅紫薯都好好食,爽口又清甜。
