To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 六月八日.雨Sally籌備的一次活動,曾試過這裡精緻江南小品,感覺不錯,是次亦抱著期待心情來嚐另一系列的淮揚菜餚。七時未到,店方已安排好位置,七張圓檯擺設得企理,每檯附近都有凳几擺放食友帶來美酒,五星酒店,配套方面是無容置疑的。食友前後腳來,主角是夜打扮華麗,想不到卻能手執幾袋「手信」,似乎是夜該有特別的Value add~主人家帶來自製餐牌,近十五道菜,都是淮揚地區為名的特色菜,難得見有富貴雞,期待待會一口氣推出盛況。人齊上菜前,主角端上了自家製的燻蛋果凍,要打點近百人安排外,還花上心思獨個兒處理共五十多隻果凍,不敢說其味是最好的,但為朋友去做的心意,是千金難換~涼菜淮安脆黃鱔、揚州燙乾絲、南京鹽水鴨、杭州燻黃魚、上海素烤麩、寧波黃泥螺、丹山海蜇頭、西湖糖蓮藕八味,合作八星報喜,有趣。揚州燙乾絲是幾期待的一味,材料平賣不起錢,吃的是功夫,是豆干浸發後切絲拌汁吃的小品,豆干有淡淡豆香,汁是有點豉油味,是開胃餐前小品,似乎可以再切得仔細一點,但是近百人的宴席,算咁上下了。招牌的南京鹽水鴨,是每次來也會吃的一味,鴨肉帶薄薄白滷水鹹香,肉嫩,材料質素好,當然,滷水味道厚一點會更好。杭州燻黃魚

杭州燻黃魚,是次不再是白身的煙燻桂魚,是遷就了百人而改作滷煮後炸燻的上海做法吧,帶滬式的赤甜魚肉亦厚身,不錯。
上海素烤麩,地道的本幫菜,麵根發起後炸再掛上濃汁,涼吃的,是夜烤麩切成長條,吃起來不夠鬆,汁味道輕型,不夠濃風味自然大減。
寧波黃泥螺是交來的,鹹鮮美味,是佐酒的佳品。
七碟丹山海蜇頭,都是開花的,師傅的誠意替涼菜加返唔少分數,海蜇頭夠爽,帶薄薄蔥油味,未轉一Round已清碟,是幾時都咁受歡迎餐前菜。
西湖糖蓮藕,對於喜歡吃甜的自己,就算糯米唔夠,但掛了糖漿的藕片是幾時吃都咁開心的~
吃完幾味涼菜,反應似乎是公認的燻蛋果凍勝出~
