Restaurant: TAI HING (Man On Commercial Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每年端午節,龍舟就無乜興趣睇,不過粽就年年都會食,通常都係煲定一大煲蠔豉瘦肉粥,同家人一齊食粥送粽做早餐。今年都唔例外,唯一特別係食咗兩隻貴粽,抽獎禮物,由太興送嘅,太興個品牌本身都唔差,寫明係香港自家鮮製,又真空包裝。攞粽時阿哥仔仲強調無加防腐劑,「吩咐」我記得月底前好食,又話如果打開包裝發現有問題,記得拎嚟換,真係幾細心啫!所送嘅粽有兩大隻:原隻鮑魚元貝裹蒸粽($108)同極上醬油金沙叉燒粽($42),如果夾埋兩款一齊買有優惠套餐,不過,都要成$128,食粽咋喎,都咪話「乸脷」呀!按佢指示整翻熱,都幾費時,隻裹蒸粽要水滾後煮45分鐘,而叉燒粽都要30分鐘。當然,唔係呃小朋友嘅IQ題,夾埋煮要75分鐘!以前細細個真係被啲大哥哥呃到架。原隻鮑魚元貝裹蒸粽未食,睇個呎吋就已經夠晒珍寶,成個6吋湯碗咁大,又墜手喎。包裝袋寫住材料包括:原隻鮑魚、原粒瑤柱、金華火腿、豬肉、鹹蛋黃、太興燒鵝、原隻花菇、蝦米、蓮子……等,以泰國糯米加上等綠豆包裹,材料真係幾揼本。煮熟以後大刀中間切開,餡料真係多到爆,雖然話係原隻鮑魚、原粒瑤柱,但呎碼唔係好大,至於其他材料,都無走漏,俾足無呃秤。晌咁多材料襯托下,

極上醬油金沙叉燒粽

單張係咁樣介紹依隻粽:日本頂級醬油調味嘅糯米包住太興叉燒、原隻鹹蛋黃、花菇、蝦米等材料做成。身形比較修長,大概等於原隻鮑魚元貝裹蒸粽一半大小。由於糯米以日本醬油調味過,所以色澤啡黃,單以糯米部份計,食起嚟比裹蒸粽更正更好味,唔使點豉油或沙糖都已經夠晒味
;餡料方面,就無咁大堆頭喇,食到少少叉燒、鹹蛋黃、花菇、蝦米、瑤柱絲咁樣。

依個端午,食咗兩隻好粽,都算係一個特別嘅端午!明年,又會食咩粽渡端陽呢?
