To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實!<媽咪雞蛋仔>之前都有供應,奶茶都好夾到豆腐花!
當然,<太興> 香滑濃郁的凍奶茶,比較 <媽咪雞蛋仔> 更勝一籌!
最近好多舖頭都唔開啦,朝早中環更加係咁,咁就諗住求其食個早餐啦,首先嘢飲送錯,嘢食都係送錯,然後個扎肉米粉冇咗塊扎肉…其實都係得個一塊扎肉,碗米粉數埋其實都冇幾多樣材料都可以咁…雖然都冇幾多台客都可以係咁錯。
不過算,但係佢補番塊扎肉俾我嗰陣,可唔可以係咁煮煮佢?成塊啲扎肉係凍㗎,真係唔知想點。
然後睇返碗米粉,呢個嘢真係可以拎出嚟比佢個客嘅咩,首先個賣相就已經幾唔開胃,我一度懷疑係咪人哋食剩嘅。OK,我哋唔好睇樣,青豆裏面凍嘅,呢個係咩玩法?真係成件事感覺好差,雖然都唔會有乜嘢好嘢,但係呢個標準會唔會太低?講埋服務啦,我感受嗰度啲職員應該都幾唔開心,不過都係算啦,連鎖茶記黎姐

除咗叉燒本身有問題,
連個師傅刀功都有問題,
切完的叉燒成條連體嬰一樣。
夥計的工作態度仲好差,
我碟飯都食咗一半嘢飲都未到,
水吧嗰兩個掛住玩手機,
環境還十分之惡劣,
門口冷氣機不停滴水,
但連小心地滑牌都冇放出嚟,
如果同老人家去記住小心。
結論:如果我調到他的叉燒汁我應該不會再去幫襯。
基本嘅豬肉都攞唔到靚嘅部份
另要加$18 燒腩難食到😰

又沒有例湯
但自己仲話 燒味大王,連基本嘅燒味都唔識做。
食返個重量級大🐷手,祝大家橫財就手。新年應節,當然係要好意頭,太興隨了燒味好㫓。原來豬手都做得咁好味,侍應服務招呼仲非常好👍👍

據説這鴨是用飼養40天的春鴨,採用香茅、蝦米及洋葱等材料製成的上湯將鴨浸熟,再配以由椰奶及多種秘製香料熬成馬來咖喱椰香汁,香滑不辣,鴨肉鮮嫩多汁,送飯一流。
