To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天跟Honey逛中環文聯莊，之後想飲杯奶茶，所以就到了太興。點了凍奶茶、熱奶茶和奶油多士，三樣都不行。奶茶奶味太濃，完全蓋過了茶味，還以為自己在飲奶。奶油多呢…根本不是多士，沒有烘過一樣。真的不行！

早前，我睇 Viu TV，留意到陳葦璇及 Eric Kwok 個太興廣告，才得知適逢 <太興> 今年33週年，推出3款限定新特飲！找天週末，走去中環租庇利街 <太興>！3款限定新特飲，包括：桃膠奶茶、香芋奶茶及豆花奶茶 我為了豆腐花奶茶而來 <太興>，原來好多食客都有點！看來是受歡迎飲品！下午茶羅宋湯通粉配四色卷 $42羅宋湯通粉酸香醒胃，通粉軟硬適中又入味，起碼好過麥當勞貨色的扭扭粉！四色卷這是魚肉配蟹柳，調味不錯！豆花奶茶 (午餐或下午茶+$3)凍豆花奶茶表面加上1串3粒燒棉花糖，賣相吸引！沒有加冰，入口已經夠冰凍！ 奶茶香滑濃郁，而且這是減甜配方，燒棉花糖甜度恰到好處而富彈性！浸落奶茶是另一種食法！其實！<媽咪雞蛋仔>之前都有供應，奶茶都好夾到豆腐花！當然，<太興> 香滑濃郁的凍奶茶，比較 <媽咪雞蛋仔> 更勝一籌！

煙三文魚菜粒炒飯三文魚惹味有鹹魚風味，飯粒柔韌適度，又不會太油，菜粒脆口，好味，我推薦。燒味三拼午餐叉燒甘香可口，燒肉算可以，但切鷄絕對有改進空間，一來切得太細太碎，二來雞肉欠鲜嫩。希望下次光顧能够再有驚喜！奶茶好飲，港式風味。咖啡不錯，只覺得太細杯！

其實一般大型連鎖食肆我都好少寫食評嘅，因為通常質素都相對穩定，特別係早餐通常相對真係冇咩好講，而且相較之下我寧願晒啲心機去寫一啲比較細嘅舖頭，感覺上會比較有價值。但係今次嘅體驗真係應該係連鎖食肆黎講接近最差嘅體驗。最近好多舖頭都唔開啦，朝早中環更加係咁，咁就諗住求其食個早餐啦，首先嘢飲送錯，嘢食都係送錯，然後個扎肉米粉冇咗塊扎肉…其實都係得個一塊扎肉，碗米粉數埋其實都冇幾多樣材料都可以咁…雖然都冇幾多台客都可以係咁錯。不過算，但係佢補番塊扎肉俾我嗰陣，可唔可以係咁煮煮佢？成塊啲扎肉係凍㗎，真係唔知想點。然後睇返碗米粉，呢個嘢真係可以拎出嚟比佢個客嘅咩，首先個賣相就已經幾唔開胃，我一度懷疑係咪人哋食剩嘅。OK，我哋唔好睇樣，青豆裏面凍嘅，呢個係咩玩法？真係成件事感覺好差，雖然都唔會有乜嘢好嘢，但係呢個標準會唔會太低？講埋服務啦，我感受嗰度啲職員應該都幾唔開心，不過都係算啦，連鎖茶記黎姐
