To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 粥癮起,超正海鮮粥~~~好耐好耐冇食粥底火鍋,心血來潮突然粥癮起,即刻搵間最近公司嘅海鮮粥底火鍋店擦一擦佢。😁~~~佢地嘅餐牌選擇頗多,我地就揀選咗中間價位嘅套餐。~~~呢個套餐嘅其中一個特色之處就係有太平洋饅頭蟹,唔多地方有得食,這種係季節限定饅頭蟹係一種非常難捕捉嘅蟹,一年得好少嘅時間先會浮上淺水嘅地方,可見呢間餐廳係一間不時不食嘅餐廳,揀選嘅海鮮都幾因時制定。~~~整體來講佢哋嘅海鮮全部都好高質,龍蝦彈牙,鮑魚大隻,虎蝦啖啖肉。連青口都同平時食開嘅青口唔同,佢話係因為佢哋野生海鮮全部都冇激素全天然,所以所有嘅海鮮都會食到大自然嘅天然海水味,高質。~~~食完海鮮之後就會有幫我哋煮粥,粥底同樣唔需要多餘嘅調味,由於已經吸曬海鮮嘅精華,所以啖啖都好鮮甜,可encore👍🏻。~~~蟹仙海鮮蒸碢大公館 (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣謝斐道500號維安商業大廈地下-1樓
