我哋唔係特別喜歡食火鍋，但身邊總有火鍋控朋友，每次食飯聚會都話要食火鍋，滾下滾下，吹下水，飲下酒，歡聚一番🍻美味廚係米芝蓮推介餐廳，以特色火鍋及廣東菜馳名十多年，用心創作特色火鍋湯底及配料，滿足口味挑剔嘅客人。美味廚有四個招牌湯底，我哋揀咗三併嚟試:🍲「梳乎厘蟹皇蕃茄忌廉湯」 - 一送到黎店員就話要襯熱食左先，上層軟綿綿幾有梳乎厘質感，下層就係蟹皇蕃茄湯，蟹肉鮮甜配上清新蕃茄制成嘅湯，可以落米線就咁食😆🍲「冬蔭公 Cappuccino」 - 非常有驚喜，上層真係成個Ccappuccino奶泡咁，冬蔭公湯就唔算太辣。🍲「自家制零味精濃雞湯」 - 非常濃郁，用新鮮材料熬製而成。其他值得推介嘅火鍋料包括非常新鮮嘅「豪華特選海鮮拼盤」，鮑魚仔爽身，基圍蝦肉質鮮甜🍤；「花雕秘醃手切雪花牛頸脊」，牛肉肥瘦相間，雪花均勻，入口脂香豐腴🥩；「北京填鴨餃」，餃內已搽咗北京填鴨甜醬，入口有種食緊片皮鴨既感覺。其他食材都極之新鮮，環境舒適，服務一流，值得再去光顧☺️🐻評分：🐻🐻🐻🐻4.5/5
