越式牛肉濃湯會配上越式香料同牛肉(牛尾、牛脷、牛展、牛肚),客人可以按喜好落入湯底🥸而冬蔭功Cappuccino唔好誤會係咖啡,只係用椰奶打咗一層泡沫係上面模擬Cappuccino☕️冬陰功湯底會大大隻字寫住MK(Megan’s Kitchen),但一滾之後就溶咗,變咗一個好濃郁既冬蔭功😀無可厚非湯底比起出面打邊爐貴啲,但一試個湯就知佢係落足料,獨立做一個湯品賣都唔係問題😃

兩個湯都好滋味,但小編會偏向鍾意用越式牛肉濃湯打邊爐,清甜濃郁既牛肉湯更能帶出食物既鮮味🥩侍應都建議我地就咁裝黎飲,最後仲加咗一份越南檬粉 ($38)落去淥,十足十食緊pho咁🍜

而冬蔭功第一淡飲落覺得好驚喜,椰香味濃而帶有少許辣味,小編同朋友都裝咗一大碗😆但係用黎打邊爐小編覺得呢個湯底反而太嗆,食物既味道會被冬蔭功味遮蓋咗🧐

牛肉係成餐既重頭戲,餐廳罕有地有供應和牛,足足有5款和牛可以選擇,而普通牛肉都有過10款選擇😀

必點既係依個手切雪花牛頸脊,CP值爆哂燈‼️淨係睇個雪花分佈咁均勻已經好吸引,似足和牛,仲要每一塊都切得超平整,好難相信咁完美既形狀竟然係手切😨食落第一淡真係好驚喜,味道都好接近和牛,充滿油脂香味,而且有相當既厚度,唔係薄切😱二百幾蚊真係物超所值,餐廳9:30之後入座仲要牛肉買一送一,真係會想食多幾碟🥺

前肩肉部位就主要係食佢既肉味,同帶點筋位會有咬勁,但個外觀就唔會有好吸睛既雪花😣兩塊前肩肉都有成隻手掌既大細,口感較紮實有嚼勁,牛味更為濃郁🐄

一般小編打邊爐都好少點餃子同丸,但依度既餃子同丸可以話係餐廳嘅特色,全部都係自家研創,仲有好多fusion嘅元素,值得一嘗😌

紅咖喱餃嘅鴨肉味道好出,加埋荔枝肉係入邊,味道非常豐富👍🏼而沙嗲餃則口感特別,有香脆嘅花生,沙嗲夠惹味💕

小編特別鍾意泰式羅望子素肉絲素雞餃,羅望子醬即係Pad Thai會用上嘅醬汁,食落好啱香港人口味,酸酸甜甜,非常開胃😍

餐廳所提供嘅蔬菜款式都非常罕見刁鑽,而小編都故意試咗幾款平時火鍋店少食到嘅蔬菜🤣

舞茸食用營養比其他菇類高,質感軟身,菇味清香😋餐廳提供嘅份量都唔少,舞茸嘅吸湯能力非常高,放入越式牛肉濃湯就更鮮甜😙

白玉木耳亦係營養價值上凌駕於黑白木耳,質地較細緻點同飽滿,味道亦食唔出草青味👍🏼

本來店員推薦另一種更高價嘅竹笙,不過賣哂嘅關係就揀咗普通嘅竹笙,都非常唔錯🤩由其揀咗個好足料鮮甜嘅湯底,落竹笙索曬湯底,食得非常痛快🥰
