To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排天氣咁熱,放lunch最緊要去啲由頭到尾都有瓦遮頭嘅地方,所以呢排同同事都好鍾意去係香港站入面嘅添好運飲菜🫖傳統點心就中規中矩,因為價錢平,所以性價比都好高。最近刪除咗幾樣新嘅點心菜式,一於同同事試試佢😎🍤櫻花蝦珍菌醬撈粗麵($45)個人認為粗麵比較油,亦唔係好有珍菌醬味,下次可以唔叫🫠🫓泰式鮮肉脆餅配自家冬蔭醬($48)個醬好有泰式風味,酸酸甜甜咁,同個肉餅好夾😍🥞脆皮炸斑蘭鮮奶($38)斑蘭味好出‼️而且炸粉好薄,裡面嘅鮮奶餡好滑,好似雪糕咁🍦好食到忍唔住兩件🥰🌽米網鮮蝦栗米忌廉卷($45)鮮蝦粟米忌廉卷有好重嘅鮮蝦味,因為佢用米網包住嘅關係,唔會好膩,好創新好推介😋
