To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相信好多人都試過粥底蒸海鮮,最近食咗呢間,同大家介紹吓佢嘅特色!🥸首先,佢哋用咗石碢+竹窩,可以保留食物原汁原味。😎其次,海鮮供應係飛機貨,野生海鮮為主。😇講吓食物:翡翠螺 - 非常爽口,帶鮮味,唔重海水味🤪野生赤蝦 - 係平時生食嘅赤蝦,熟食都係保持腍身,好甜,好多膏🤩鮑魚 - 腍得嚟彈牙,完全唔會韌🤪蠔 - 一咬開就爆曬汁,juicy!🤓活青口 - 平時食開都係冰鮮,活青口比較彈牙爽口,店員話omega3會更加多,唔沾任何醬料都好有鮮味!☺️馬刀背 - 好爽彈之餘、入面有d位置腍腍地,整體口感好豐富,又係唔沾醬料都好有鮮味!😉琵琶龍蝦 - 比龍蝦濃味,肉質比較滑,又爽彈,不錯!😌饅頭蟹 - 呢款冇咩肉,店員話係要欣賞海水味、鮮味🫢菲律賓膏仔蟹 - 係最好食,唔怪之得店名叫蟹鮮,肉好多好滑,膏非常甜,都幾大隻。🫡最後,個粥幾好味,吸收曬海鮮味。菜餔建議自己加🙊加太多會過鹹~最後最後,全程都係店員負責蒸,完全唔洗用腦,幾好!
