To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. "裝潢懷舊,貴...難食"環境 /位於二樓的台式餐廳, 樓梯入口不顯眼---沿樓梯直上會有些可愛的字句. 有著舊式花紋特色牆身和挺精緻的bar (應該是用來裝飾和沖飲料的位置而已)觀感很不錯. 可惜幾乎沒有空調, 昏暗的環境令人感覺很焗促.食物 /點了中間兩set, 上菜速度很快卻沒次序---菜單很簡潔, 看似清淡, 結果一道比一道菜失望. 最可怕的是丫其中一道主菜, 是炒椰菜雜菜,.酸酸的, 很油, 明明菜很新鮮, 還沒放入口裡, 酸醋味已充滿鼻腔.除了辣, 苦甜酸咸都有, 吃了一會便不斷喝水 (飲料是很正宗會喝到糖__ __的台式飲料)服務 /一般吧,  水喝光了杯子放最外面, 服務生來來回回經過就是沒看到結語/ 某台式連鎖較化算,食物也更滿意/ 別為了裝潢而浪費食物
