邪惡指數: 🐽🐽🐽🐽好食指數: 🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️ 平時韓燒就食得多,日式嘅石燒就真係第一次。見呢間喺尖沙咀嘅「牛匠石燒」嘅lunch menu好似幾抵食,價錢都係$100左右,worth a try🙋🏻‍♀️石板先預熱3至5分鐘,再用牛脂塗匀石板就可以開始燒,邊傾偈邊燒邊食幾過癮🙃⭕️ 厚切牛舌拼牛五花定食:牛五花油脂比例均勻,燒完再點埋佢嘅果味燒汁或生薑芝麻汁,夾埋一啖飯食,感覺好幸福的呢🥰 而牛舌就切成厚條狀,鍾意佢夠爽口,好好食👍🏻⭕️ 吉列草飼牛肉眼定食:都幾新奇,外層炸到脆卜卜但係入面就生嘅。將兩邊燒至變色,入口都仲留到少少吉列個種香脆,而肉眼口感厚實有嚼勁,肉味濃郁🥩⭕️ 炸嫩雞 & 鹿兒島一口牛:貪心嘅我當然跟餐加咗小食啦🧏🏻‍♀️ 炸雞外皮脆身肉質嫩滑,香口得嚟唔會太油膩。一口牛就用咗果味燒汁去整,食落juicy,一啲都唔韌。以呢個價錢食到咁嘅份量同質素嘅日式石燒,真係抵食🤑
