To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 通常行完南丫島,就來到索罟灣,今次是第一次在這裡食海鮮!3個女仔,點了3樣餸,只點了1個蒜蓉蒸蝦(10兩),其他都是普通小菜(忘記了叫什麼名),蒜蓉蒸蝦很香,蝦夠鮮味,但都幾肯定不足10兩;至於其他小菜,不夠熱,豆腐只是暖暖的,不夠水準!最後,還點了一個白飯,埋單才知道這白飯$26,嘩....好貴!
