To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 添好運嘅叉燒包賣到街知巷聞,今次嚟到都係為咗食佢個酥皮焗叉燒包。叉燒包依然好高質,表面脆脆地甜甜地,黎到既時候仲好熱。鳳爪排骨飯就等左一陣先到,飯都算乾身,份量足,整體都幾好食。服務質素方面有待提高,我入到餐廳都無人帶我埋位,坐左一陣亦冇人比點心紙我。 continue reading

多年來我是潻好運粉絲,常向朋友推薦。海外有朋友來香港都帶他們去食,食後都是大讚。這間在北角的去過多次。四個月之前食過,那時點心質素還好好,服務態度也不覺有異。但今天中午去食,食物水準忽然是一落千丈,唔得。服務亞姐態度懶理不在話下,最替潻好運個名可惜的是,點心何解忽然差咗咁多。先講茶,給的第一壼茶只是暖。之後叫加水,攞咗個壺走就冇咗件事,要問幾次先有人攞返嚟。講到點心就更令人失望,蘿蔔糕,極其量是微微暖,跟以前新鮮熱辣差很遠。最出名的叉燒包,包身做得較硬,裡面的叉燒是大大舊帶肥肉帶筋,其中一隻再加一條毛,汁液如漿糊,唉!次次都食既釀尖椒,今次既魚肉似是落太多粉,質感差又冇乜味。咸水角很油,裡面的肉碎细似粉又乾。春卷也很油,餡除了食到太咸之外就唔知係咩嘢。煎堆餡又是不知所謂。連出名既馬拉糕也是發得過鬆,好像是太多發粉,而且份量細咗。潻好運多年的名氣得來不容易,點解忽然攪到咁?可惜! continue reading

添好運都算幾出名,不過分店不多,咁啱見到將軍澳有分店,梗係要幫襯吓啦。喺門多等位的時候,已經可以慢慢揀定食物,一有位,就可以即刻落單,真係正呀!食物种类不算多,但胜在味道不错,而且上菜快速,不會浪费時間等候。食物: 雪山叉燒包是這最出名的食物,外面是麥西哥包,內裡是叉燒餡料,雪白的外觀已夠吸引,而且每次都是熱騰騰的送上,感覺特别新鮮。馬拉糕亦大好味。其他食品,如腸粉、燒賣、蝦餃、蒸飯、粥、春卷,也水準正常,整體來說,不防一試。 continue reading

呢間可以喺我屋企樓下嘅米芝蓮店 味道其實係好唔錯嘅 缺點就係每日都好多人排隊 令到想食嘅心情都冇曬 所以屋企有時都會如果想食就會叫我落街買上嚟外賣畀佢哋食。 講下缺點呀 點心品種比較少但亦係呢個原因佢啲出品都唔錯 做得太多品種反而會令到質素下降咁樣係大家都唔想見到嘅 希望可以保持依份質素繼續做落去啦 continue reading
