間唔中會去添好運食吓點心,因為就近。但各方面嘅質素都愈來愈差,差到一個點,我唔會再去。糯米雞D糯米好爛,又一D都唔香,裡面D肉有唔新鮮嘅味,又好多glue 狀的汁,內𥚃仲有沙石,好似叫我食垃圾咁!叉燒包太甜,鳳爪唔入味,什麼豬肚燒買又硬又冇味,桂花糕其實似橙味啫哩,但絕對係難食過任何啫哩。D杯有油,連俾你沖洗食具個大碗本身都好油,唔知想點!待應態度差,我問佢個位太大風可否把冷氣調一下,個待應含含糊糊話唔可以,我問點解,可以調下出風口位呱,佢支唔以對走咗去冇再返嚟!以前我覺得如要求不是太高,這裡算抵食,但我覺得現在各方面都唔得。 continue reading

添好運嘅分店已經開到世界各地,有一間米之蓮小店做到全球都有分店,相信添好運嘅點心真係有佢特別嘅地方。添好運嘅點心種類唔算好多,有蒸、煎炸的點心、腸粉、甜品等等,但係我覺得好食嘅嘢,只需一兩樣就夠,呢d就係賣點。而我最鍾意食嘅,就係酥皮焗叉燒包$20 。外面酥脆,入面熱辣辣,口感一流。流沙奶皇包$22 ,一撕開個包,奶皇包就慢慢流出嚟,時間啱啱好,所以話佢啲點心出色嘅地方就係呢度。又叫咗一碗金銀蛋瘦肉粥$20 ,粥上面鋪滿薄脆同蔥花,增加口感,味道幾好,但點心高一班。 continue reading

今午路過見店內有約七成滿,正值下午茶時問(該店並無下午茶優惠),心想食個下午中茶也不錯吧。店內是快餐廳格局,點了古法 糯米雞及潮州粉果,3蚊位茶但飲的是公家茶壺裝的茶膽水,算啦都預咗。 糯米雞送到嚟,外型似樣但敗絮其中, 內裏有一半是啫喱狀的芡,食慾頓時大減, 價錢是酒樓價錢,質數是茶居質數,作為食慣點心的香港人,只能給個不合格的分數。 continue reading

一個成日訓到太陽落山既人,好小機會可以早上去茶樓食點心,添好運就可以幫到我滿足食點心既慾望,因為就算夜晚都有點心食。添好運有好多間分店,今次黎到北角分店,由於添好運既名氣大,就算黎到唔係遊客區既北角都依然見到好多遊客慕名而來。店內環境擠逼,但都無損我食點心既慾望。叫左5樣點心,上菜速度都算快,所有都好新鮮全部熱辣辣。酥皮叉燒包添好運最出名既酥皮叉燒包,一碟有三個,外表脆身,上面既皮甜甜地,入面叉燒熱辣辣,叉燒粒份量多,甜鹹夾雜,十分好食!叉燒腸飲茶點可以少得腸粉呢,叉燒腸一碟有三條,腸粉軟滑,入面有叉燒同埋蔥花係入面,叉燒有肥有瘦,配腸粉份外夾。鹹水角鹹水角外脆內軟,而且新鮮炸出黎,入面既糯米皮配上冬菇粒同肥豬肉碎,係我每次飲茶必點既點心。蝦餃蝦餃一籠有四粒,皮薄,蝦餡多,而且新鮮。燒賣最後係燒賣,一般街邊檔既燒賣我都會稱佢做假燒賣,因為粉質好重,唔好食。反而食點心既燒賣係真係用豬肉做,所以口感好食好多。 continue reading

第一次試添好運呢間鋪頭就係係北角呢一間, 想朋友講呢間係佢係香港既第一間鋪.裝修普通, 有好重中式既感覺. 果次去食既時候都要排左一陣先有位.入到去緊係要試下最出名既雪香叉燒包(barbecued pork bun with crispy and sweet skin on top), 咁多人排係有原因既, 因為真係好好味, 價錢亦非常合理, 可以話係民間美味. 鍾意食點心既讀者不妨一試. continue reading
