想起「添好運」嘅美味叉燒餐包,是日同屋企人出動黎飲茶!黎到大約12:15pm正值peak hour,係餐廳外等位人數相當多。輪後號碼會寫係點心紙上面,然後等候時候可以剔定點心紙,好讓一有位就入紙等左大約20分鐘先入坐,呢度餐具好簡單,茶亦到只得一款,沒有茶香味,沒有平時茶樓供應嘅水仙壽媚鐵觀音咁。當然,呢度茶芥也因此非常相宜,只需$3/位。四人點左5樣野先來添好運最受歡迎點心:酥皮焗叉燒包($19)🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟外脆內軟再配合埋入面濃味又嘅叉燒餡料,係一流嘅點心,基本上每枱點會叫!潮洲蒸粉果($14)🌟🌟🌟🌟呢個粉果個皮好薄而且有嚼口,唔好食落林bad bad!睇相都見到餡料幾咁豐富,如果花生再多一點就更好古法糯米雞($26)🌟🌟🌟呢個係我媽媽黎呢度最鍾意食嘅嘢,最次必點,因為佢啲糯米飯整得好好食,入面餡料同醬汁都配合得好正,不過是日食果舊啲肉瘦左啲,唔夠滑家鄉咸水角($14)🌟🌟🌟🌟粒粒都熱辣辣,差啲燙傷個嘴雖然好熱氣但又係好好味,不過有少少癡牙鳳爪排骨飯($25)🌟🌟🌟去茶樓我好鍾意食盅飯,尤其鳳爪排骨飯,真係百吃不厭。呢個飯都有成6舊排骨,加一隻鳳爪,呀姐淋埋啲豉油,已經食指大動排骨幾好唔會太肥,飯粒再硬身啲會更好~豉油係精華但香味欠奉。4個人埋單總共$110咋!每人唔洗$30,又抵又好食!仲有呢度係唔洗加一架 continue reading

My first Dim Sum experience here in HK and it was amazing. We were a group of 5 people enjoying several dishes for a very reasonable price. Most of the dishes were delivered fast and the taste was great. We had to wait in line before getting a seat because there were so many people enjoying the food. The athmosphere might not be the best but the food is absolutely enjoyable. We ordered typical dishes like shrimp dumplings, shao mai, chang fen, bbq pork bun (however, i am not a fan of their version. though, that's just my taste. the others enjoyed it!), and much more. we paid around 60hkd each. definetly recommend this place! continue reading

入圍米芝蓮既點心當然要試試,應該好多人都知最出名戈間系深水埗,而我既第1次就比左北角呢間;人流都算多,亦見到有啲外國人系度食。添好運既style比較港式都系有蝦餃燒賣等等,我本身都幾中意食蘿蔔糕,蘿蔔糕系煎出黎,有3件,入面有臘肉,軟硬度適中,糕身偏厚所以咬落有飽肚既感覺鳳爪排骨飯相信都系香港人到酒樓/ 點心店多數會叫既野食,排骨既數量比鳳爪多,鳳爪易吮亦濃味,排骨同飯則比較油。酥皮叉燒包系新興既包類,當然要達至最好既層次系外脆內軟,而呢度既酥皮叉燒包都算做到呢個效果,口感略似菠蘿包既外皮,裡面叉燒既份量亦充足。 continue reading

放假飲茶午餐,食過一次,不過呢度之向都好多人排隊。唔係個朋友話未食過想試吓都唔會再排隊,今日時間可能早,所以等咗大概10分鐘就有位啦。入到去梗係坐到爆曬啦,要搭枱,再搭搭枱,感覺其實坐得唔係咁舒服。食嘢來講佢嘅選擇唔算多,只不過係10幾款,但係以價錢來講的確係要酒樓平啲。講味道,今日就叫唔多,你話特別好食要叫我介紹嘅我就真係介紹唔到,因為其實就真係冇乜特別。講下佢特別推介嘅蓮藕鯪魚餅,初頭以為係普通煎嘅,原來就係炸。入邊嘅蓮藕咬落去有颯颯聲嘅感覺,但係鯪魚唔多覺,加上係炸嘅話我本人唔係好鍾意。可能中意食炸嘅就會中意。另外個黃沙豬潤腸,中規中矩。 外面的皮覺得略厚,入邊嘅豬潤就唔夠爽身,但係食落去就有濃嘅豬潤味道。好食嘅就莫過於佢嘅雪山叉燒包啦,上面個皮睇落去好似好軟咁樣,但係咬落去會有輕微焗脆嘅感覺,包內滲出牛油香。入邊嘅叉燒都幾足料。唔知係咪啲旅遊書介紹得多,所以九成嚟食嘅都係遊客,包括內地人同埋外國人。我覺得要我再嚟食嘅機會比較細啲,除非有朋友想食。 continue reading

係北角返學咁多年,間唔中都會經過城市花園,但次次行過添好運都好多人,特別係lunch時段。今日同友人行過,見到冇咩人就決定試下啦!由於晚上約左人食飯,所以淨係叫左三樣野食,過一過口癮!必點的叉燒包!真係好好食,熱辣辣咁上枱的,咬落鬆軟,最特別就係個皮!搞到食完一個又想食多個!之後點左個咸水角同沙律卷兩樣野都係熱辣辣岩岩炸好咁款的,食既時候要小心點呢。但沙律卷就有小小太油啦,都唔敢再食多件,同埋好熱氣架最後埋嘩都唔洗百幾蚊,估唔到咁平呢! continue reading
