久聞添好運點心米芝蓮一星噶大名,今個星期日就去飲個茶食翻個酥皮叉燒包先!添好運門口寫“香港味道”,自製點心,仲有報紙報道米芝蓮一星的榮譽等等,招牌比較舊,不算搶眼。我們當日係10點幾去到,仲算尚早,前面仲有3個舊到我們。但是!!點知這間接待日本遊客,我們等緊時導遊拉大隊過來,⊙∀⊙!前台立刻安排他們入!!之後我們這些香港窮人就係門口企咗差不多一個鐘!覺得好唔開心囖!仲有一個後來的阿伯插隊,勁嬲!點心紙得一面,選擇不算多。酥脆香噴噴的外皮,裡面是熾熱的叉燒肉內餡,咬下去外脆內軟,一流啊!值得推薦燒買一般,同平時酒樓差不多,不算特別。鳳爪雖然色澤不會太黑,都好入味,值得推薦。其他食物同普通茶樓差不多,就不一一講啦。如果下次都要讓日本遊客先入,我應該不會再去囖 continue reading

間中會光顧這間餐廳,雖然環境較擠逼,但算得上是大件夾抵食,堂食客人當中以遊客為主。這並非傳統飲茶聊天的餐廳,但可以滿足食點心的願望,味道不俗。這次午飯沒有點酥皮叉燒包,但酥皮叉燒包無疑是我推介的食物之一。蘿蔔糕(煎):輕微燶,適中,有少量蝦米,蘿蔔味香尖椒:有的不太辣有的很辣,配上魚肉,味道互相配合,魚肉煎得香北菇滑雞飯:飯的軟磚適中,雞肉幼嫩,配上豉油十分惹味,冬菇味道亦不俗蝦腸: 蝦隻蠻大,腸粉皮滑,豉油絕對是蝦腸絕配蝦餃:蝦隻蠻大,皮薄餡靚,可以配辣醬更惹味沙翁:本人最喜歡的甜品,新鮮熱辣,甜而不膩,紅豆餡十分美味 continue reading

星期日一早去排隊。10點準時開門,但已經坐滿晒喇!排隊安排唔好,因為無員工比指示,又無比號碼排隊,所以唔知點。好彩等一陣就入得。事關第一次幫襯,好多野都想試。最喜歡係個叉燒包個皮真係好酥脆。個煎牛肉餅係炸嘅,應該係雲吞皮包住d類似山竹牛肉嘅東西。都可以嘅,不過加喼汁會好味D。豬膶腸粉就比較削!無乜豬膶嫁!但腸粉皮幾好。蘿蔔糕好味,真係有粒粒蘿蔔係裡面,又唔會煎得太燶。糯米雞都唔錯,都算足料!呢間點心可以做到有米芝蓮星星,一定有返咁上下。幾個師傅企係到係咁包點心,即場製作,足見誠意! continue reading

Only came here as we had visitors in town and of course we had to try Tim Ho Wan!5 of us ordered shrimp dumplings, siu mai, bbq pork buns, lotus leaf sticky rice, spring rolls with shrimp, rice rolls with shrimp, turnip cake, and some spicy wontons. The bill came to approximately $250.After going out for dim sum almost everyday this week, I can say that Tim Ho Wan does not deserve to be on the Michelin guide. Any other dim sum place can serve similar quality food if not better. It's not bad food, but just not worth the wait or coming a long way for it. continue reading

間唔中會去添好運食吓點心,因為就近。但各方面嘅質素都愈來愈差,差到一個點,我唔會再去。糯米雞D糯米好爛,又一D都唔香,裡面D肉有唔新鮮嘅味,又好多glue 狀的汁,內𥚃仲有沙石,好似叫我食垃圾咁!叉燒包太甜,鳳爪唔入味,什麼豬肚燒買又硬又冇味,桂花糕其實似橙味啫哩,但絕對係難食過任何啫哩。D杯有油,連俾你沖洗食具個大碗本身都好油,唔知想點!待應態度差,我問佢個位太大風可否把冷氣調一下,個待應含含糊糊話唔可以,我問點解,可以調下出風口位呱,佢支唔以對走咗去冇再返嚟!以前我覺得如要求不是太高,這裡算抵食,但我覺得現在各方面都唔得。 continue reading
