To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為訂左一晚凱悅尚萃既staycation,我又一直都未食過添好運,而又係酒店附近,所以就嚟試下佢🤪🤪.我地大概差唔多12點到,有人係門口排外賣(因為外賣有折)堂食既人都多,但冇坐滿既😍.坐到位之後要同佢哋拎點心紙同開茶,我地一共嗌左12個點心,我本人最鍾意就係個叉燒包😂真係好正!個春卷同馬拉糕都好好食😋冰花蛋散我本人唔鍾意,食落口感好冧🤨.大概差唔多食到尾聲,就開始有人等位啦!所以都建議早少少去比較唔洗等位!.12個點心加埋茶錢285蚊我覺得真心都幾平平時去茶樓食7-8個點心都2xx啦.雖然好多分店,但對於住新界西既我都有啲距離😂不過我都會想再去食 continue reading

可能是以前曾有米芝蓮美食光環的關係,以前每次經過這裹都看到一大羣人在等待座位,今天看到不需要等位,便決定走進去吃。餐廳裝修變舊了,但仍有不少即叫即蒸的點心可以給我去選擇,其中有必吃的如“酥皮焗叉燒包”、“鮑汁鳳爪”,我當然沒有放過。另外也點了“布拉格腸粉”,把加了醬油、麻醬和甜醬的腸粉放入口,腸粉中心附近的咬感有些糊口,不太好吃,而“鳳爪排骨蒸飯”入口雖仍熱辣辣,飯粒有排骨蒸出來的豬肉香味,但整體上感覺已沒有以前般美味,只算是中規中矩。 continue reading

添好運點心專門店在香港共有7家分店。在國外也有不少分店,曾經被評為米芝連一星餐廳。豉汁蒸鳳爪爽腍入味,花生滲透了鳳爪的汁,非常好味。豆豉蒸排骨,鮮嫩肉滑,就是量少了一點。鮑汁豆腐是新推薦的出品。感覺中規中矩。鮮蝦腐皮卷蝦肉新鮮彈牙.皮薄松脆,非常香口。新菜色炸紫菜卷沒什麼特別之處,三件小的可憐。土魷肉餅蒸飯,足料有幾多土魷,好好味。點贊👍所有點心都是熱辣辣的,價格亦算合理。但是出品量縮水很多,這大概與疫情有關,搵食艱難吧…。 continue reading
