由於手起刀落,仲快過劊子手...所以影唔切舊靚牛...
切完佢會秤下啱唔啱數,一般都唔會好準,切埋啲唔要嘅脂肪位,我呢舊淨重324g

切開呢個位由於無乜洋葱拓底,直接對住鐵板,可以個底見到熟多左少少
個扒大部份位置都有洋葱或粟米墊底,一來唔易燒熟牛扒,二嚟可以吸到牛扒汁(油)
店內有多款醬汁供應,芥辣,海鹽,蜜糖芥末籽等,最有趣都算係雜果黑醋汁
我個人都係鍾意蜜糖芥末籽,其他都好似唔太夾
其實唔嫌件和牛滯嘅話唔用醬仲正
至於個紅酒,其實都有啲驚喜,遠比想像中好飲
同牛扒亦好夾,值得一試

Other Info. : 以1.9/g價錢(190/100g) 食A4和牛西冷,其實都算平 去開大型超巿應該知,A4如果無減價,仲要西冷位,$150-200/100g一啲都唔出奇 而家有人煮埋你食都係收190仲想點先 另外美國牛0.6/g其實好平,但唔太清楚係咩grade嘅扒好難估係咪抵食
