朋友生日月飯局,正直秋風起的季節,最好當然是去吃羊腩煲和蟹。御名一品拼盤拼盤有煙鴨胸,油雞,燻蹄,海蜇,叉燒。煙鴨胸很腍味道濃,油雞,叉燒,燻蹄,海蜇亦很不錯,全部都有一定水準。手肘乳豬沙律乳豬已經切成長條形,再用錫紙包住尾部,方便用手拿來吃。乳豬外皮香脆,肉質亦很嫩滑,不會太肥太多脂肪。清蒸大閘蟹$48這個價錢真的很抵食,雖然不是很大隻,但蟹膏亦不小,味道亦很香濃,加上蟹醋食落更加鮮甜。古法羊腩煲一來到已聞到很香濃的羊味,加上用火爐加熱,令香味更加散發出來,增加食慾。羊腩煲得頗腍身,帶一點羶味,連皮一起吃更加香濃。枝竹吸收了整個煲的精華,十分好吃,喜歡吃羊d人必定會喜歡這個羊腩煲。沙汁明蝦球蝦肉爽口彈牙,加上稠稠的沙律醬汁掛在蝦球上份外香濃好吃,簡單得來又好味的一道菜。星洲鍋巴軟殼蟹鍋巴很香脆,加上星洲醬汁份外惹味。軟殼蟹外表炸得鬆脆香口,內裡蟹肉不會乾身,很不錯。海鮮什菜煲煲內有多款蔬菜,亦有魷魚,帶子,蝦增加鮮味,吃了那麼多濃味食物要吃一個清一點的菜煲來清一清味蕾。
