今日去開銅鑼灣維多利亞公園附近做嘢,我大約兩點鐘到呢度御名軒食下午茶。個下午茶非常之抵,我自己一個人食,食咗四樣嘢都係一百蚊唔使。山竹牛肉美味而且無過度啤水。有啲食肆會將啲牛肉啤到無味無度,然後自己調味,搞到成件山竹牛肉冇牛肉味。這件就不同,有肉味,好食。燒賣表現理想,豬肉和蝦肉分明。豬肉內有筋,咬落彈牙。燒賣嘅size合宜,一籠四粒抵食。春卷內餡多,有蝦有木耳等等爽口材料,配上喼汁,十分吸引,而且不油不膩,咬落香脆。第四籠是排骨鳳爪,可惜食得太興奮,忘記影相。整體食肆食物質素良好,環境舒適,清潔衛生合格,是下午茶的好地方。 continue reading

今天和家人去飲早茶,可能因為疫情關係週末的早上 也不是很多。這家店已經是我們家人的飯堂,幾乎每一次飲早茶或吃晚飯都在這裡。而且這家店在天后也開了二三十年了。算是天后的老字號。今天點了蝦餃,叉燒包,菜苗餃,糯米雞,鮮蝦腸,滑雞扎等。基本上每一道菜到水準不錯,蝦餃皮薄餡靚,叉燒包味道不錯,糯米雞份量很大,鮮蝦腸是最好吃的,滑雞扎也配了豐富。整體水準屬於中上,沒有特別難吃但也沒有非常好吃。實在是週末一家人來飲茶的好地方。而且這裏的服務員 都已經相熟服務也不錯。 continue reading

放假冇野做, 成日係屋企睇youtube, 睇到有介意御名軒過老細好有heart, 而且為左d老人家發聲希望能夠使用電梯。所以想支持1下去幫襯。食物係失望到暈,唔可以話唔好食, 但真係好普通, 雖然我地2個人叫左5個點心, 有早市優惠都係160蚊埋單, 但我唔會有下次。排骨: 排骨係半肥瘦,豉椒入味,下面既芋頭粒都鬆化入味。春卷: 剪開d春卷好大個窿, 唔算多料。咸魚雞粒飯: d飯係太多水, 太軟,咸魚係死咸, 1定唔係梅香。d 豉油冇另上,好難控制份量。菜蝦餃:蝦仁大粒,味道ok。牛肉腸: 得2條6件,外面多數係3條9件, 份量少。同樣豉油冇另上, 姐姐落太多。隻牛肉腸既碟可以係黃晒4邊都唔換,完全知道隻碟既年紀。總結係普通, 冇咩需要再黎。最唔開心係, 咁既疫情都要搭枱,連膠板都冇, 冇下次。 continue reading

人物:女女食量:是夜掛住講嘢所以食慢咗又食少咗 x 2食物:半隻片皮鴨/ 柚池魚淋/ 瓜之金球坐低開茶,唔要碟小食-嗰d淋花生。目標好明確,我哋好鍾意食《片皮鴨 promo$78》,所以嗌咗半隻(兩個人只可以嗌半隻),再嗌埋佢兩個新推出小菜s。隔咗10分鐘,擺低籠包皮,再隔咗10分鐘,先見到廚師👨🏼‍🍳叔叔捧住碟鴨皮出嚟。hmm 造型同open rice鱔稿嘅相片有好大出入,青瓜絲乾到發白😂。包皮屬於大片同較厚身,係細個時食開嗰款,個人覺得唔錯,可以擺多兩塊鴨皮,鴨皮都幾脆,有幾塊帶肉(要鴨殼+$50)。宜家好多賣片皮鴨懶精緻,d包皮細同薄都算,唔夠包先最黑人憎。跟住《柚池魚淋 $108》就到。自從幾年前第一次食過有餐廳用韓國嗰d柚子蜜嚟煎豬扒,今次係第二次食用柚子蜜調味嘅嘢。8舊炸魚,熱辣辣,好脆,唔知係咩魚,幾嫩滑,淋上柚子蜜好好味 - 我係咕嚕肉d fans. 不過係冇鱔稿相片上嘅柚子肉同其他色彩繽紛嘅材料嘅。最唔受我歡迎嘅《瓜之金球 $?》都係熱辣辣上檯。炸過嘅琵琶豆腐放喺d南瓜汁上面,冇乜味。一碟8球.. 宜家再望吓個鱔稿,點解Open Rice張相有10球㗎?係咪見我哋得2個人特登俾少d呀?廚餘:幾塊鴨皮,2片包皮,瓜之金球 x 2球,1件炸魚(唔講咁多嘢嘅話應該會食得晒的)注意:1.《片皮鴨》先到先得,預訂需付原價2. 拎鴨殼 + $50 continue reading
