今天是父亲节,特意和爸爸来这裏订了半围庆祝。难得香港终于可以完全解封,所以全场满座,很久已经没有看到这情景。父亲节套餐非常划算。连酒水红酒加一只需2000元,七个人吃人均不需要300。套餐包括红烧乳猪,龙虾伊麵,清蒸老虎斑,红烧鸡丝翅,鲜花炸虾球,翡翠炒双蚌,青菜炒香菇丝,莲香海鲜荷叶饭和寿包一笼。红烧乳猪皮脆肉厚,点上乳猪酱实在是我的最爱。清蒸老虎斑鱼肉嫩滑肉厚,而且蒸得很滑溜。实在是必点首选。另外龙虾伊麵亦不错,龙虾肉非常多,配上伊麵小孩子最喜欢这道菜。另外红烧鸡丝翅加上红醋汁实在非常美味。其它菜式亦做得不错。莲香海鲜荷叶饭内裏配料充足,大大隻虾肉和带子口感非常丰富。最后寿包还送多两个给我们。简直是大满足,和家人开开心心又过了一天。

红烧乳猪皮脆肉厚,点上乳猪酱实在是我的最爱。清蒸老虎斑鱼肉嫩滑肉厚,而且蒸得很滑溜。实在是必点首选。另外龙虾伊麵亦不错,龙虾肉非常多,配上伊麵小孩子最喜欢这道菜。另外红烧鸡丝翅加上红醋汁实在非常美味。

其它菜式亦做得不错。莲香海鲜荷叶饭内裏配料充足,大大隻虾肉和带子口感非常丰富。最后寿包还送多两个给我们。简直是大满足,和家人开开心心又过了一天。

很久很久沒有飲茶了,是日放假一天,專登去飲茶,開頭擔心會很多人,幸好大家坐得很遠的。一嘗最愛的蝦餃,開心到不得了!雖然吃得挺有滋味,但也有危機擔心人多的地方。不過原來這間酒樓有特設外賣,還沒有加一,並且打折。真好!

訂坐時已講明有多名輪椅人士,但職員沒有提及升降機以停用,及提醒客人其店舖沒有升降機或輔助工具, 到達後職員竟然叫客人抬輪椅及其輪椅人士上樓梯前往食店。職員態度差亦不細心,客人十分生氣因此不會光顧。

烏雞雞腳桃膠燉湯

即使攞咗點心咭、你之前冇人等緊位、有枱亦唔等於你會有位,因為,經常會有其他茶客唔攞咭,自己上去揾位,之後知客見到有空枱叫佢哋坐。同知客講,我哋等緊,知客會話人哋到先,但佢哋冇咭喎,知客會話比人收咗... 同經理投訴,經理會叫你同知客講!但知客唔理喎,佢會走咗去...因此,無謂浪費時間!!Basically it’s a complaint about the service of this restaurant which is very bad, they only pretend to have a queuing system, but in fact, they don’t, the waiter allows people to just walk in and find their own table, ignoring the queue. So you wouldn’t know how much time u need to get a seat.

夏日帶來雨水,濕氣重感覺身體怠倦,又是吃冬瓜消腫去水,清熱解毒的時候。從晚市三寶中選了「海皇冬瓜盅」冬瓜盅每個售$88, 難怪差多在每張餐枱上都放上一個。餐牌說是4-6位, 份量的足夠是我們4人都可以每人喝上兩碗。最初看見那冬瓜盅,心在暗駡為甚麼會與餐牌上的照片有一段距離……那麽的Green!? 可是當侍應生把湯分一分後,這才發現好吃的食材原來沉在冬瓜盅的底:勝瓜粒、夜香花、蝦球、蟹柳、瘦肉、草菇等等,湯頭有冬瓜的清甜,湯味不過鹹,很好喝。蒜片牛柳粒牛柳粒的味道帶點蜜,與大片而有些些厚的蒜片同炒來吃,蒜片焦焦的有脆外層而蒜肉軟腍,兩者拼在一起吃,有脆有軟是好吃到不行。碧緑蝦球桂花蚌蝦球與桂花蚌都是油泡後放在西芹面上,西芹脆、蝦球爽、桂花蚌滑,絶妙的配搭。海鮮雜菜煲$98 海鮮有蝦球、墨魚片、蟹柳、魚肉等等,配搭大量軟甜蔬菜及有低熱量的粉絲來填飽肚子,吸收了濃甜的高湯,清爽好營養!
