今日去開銅鑼灣維多利亞公園附近做嘢,我大約兩點鐘到呢度御名軒食下午茶。個下午茶非常之抵,我自己一個人食,食咗四樣嘢都係一百蚊唔使。山竹牛肉美味而且無過度啤水。有啲食肆會將啲牛肉啤到無味無度,然後自己調味,搞到成件山竹牛肉冇牛肉味。這件就不同,有肉味,好食。燒賣表現理想,豬肉和蝦肉分明。豬肉內有筋,咬落彈牙。燒賣嘅size合宜,一籠四粒抵食。春卷內餡多,有蝦有木耳等等爽口材料,配上喼汁,十分吸引,而且不油不膩,咬落香脆。第四籠是排骨鳳爪,可惜食得太興奮,忘記影相。整體食肆食物質素良好,環境舒適,清潔衛生合格,是下午茶的好地方。

今天和家人去飲早茶,可能因為疫情關係週末的早上 也不是很多。這家店已經是我們家人的飯堂,幾乎每一次飲早茶或吃晚飯都在這裡。而且這家店在天后也開了二三十年了。算是天后的老字號。今天點了蝦餃,叉燒包,菜苗餃,糯米雞,鮮蝦腸,滑雞扎等。基本上每一道菜到水準不錯,蝦餃皮薄餡靚,叉燒包味道不錯,糯米雞份量很大,鮮蝦腸是最好吃的,滑雞扎也配了豐富。整體水準屬於中上,沒有特別難吃但也沒有非常好吃。實在是週末一家人來飲茶的好地方。而且這裏的服務員 都已經相熟服務也不錯。

今天點了蝦餃,叉燒包,菜苗餃,糯米雞,鮮蝦腸,滑雞扎等。基本上每一道菜到水準不錯,蝦餃皮薄餡靚,叉燒包味道不錯,糯米雞份量很大,鮮蝦腸是最好吃的,滑雞扎也配了豐富。整體水準屬於中上,沒有特別難吃但也沒有非常好吃。實在是週末一家人來飲茶的好地方。而且這裏的服務員 都已經相熟服務也不錯。

中秋節慶祝跟家人來這里吃飯。父母點了套餐性價比和味道非常高。紅燒乳豬皮脆肉厚,點上乳豬醤十分惹味。芝士龍蝦伊面份量很多,龍蝦肉十分多,配上芝士汁味道絕對不錯。翡翠珊瑚蚌整體還可以,魷魚和珊瑚蚌也算香脆。最喜歡的是沙律蝦球,裏面全部都是蝦肉,炸得也很香脆。清蒸石斑稍嫌體積有點小。但是魚肉香味濃厚。淋上薑蔥汁實在是我的至愛。清蒸荷葉飯質量略嫌普通。裏面沒有什麼配料。反而最後的脆皮紅燒雞才是整晚最後的高潮,雞肉鮮嫩皮脆。這頓飯實在太滿足。

清蒸石斑稍嫌體積有點小。但是魚肉香味濃厚。淋上薑蔥汁實在是我的至愛。清蒸荷葉飯質量略嫌普通。裏面沒有什麼配料。反而最後的脆皮紅燒雞才是整晚最後的高潮,雞肉鮮嫩皮脆。這頓飯實在太滿足。

今天是父亲节,特意和爸爸来这裏订了半围庆祝。难得香港终于可以完全解封,所以全场满座,很久已经没有看到这情景。父亲节套餐非常划算。连酒水红酒加一只需2000元,七个人吃人均不需要300。套餐包括红烧乳猪,龙虾伊麵,清蒸老虎斑,红烧鸡丝翅,鲜花炸虾球,翡翠炒双蚌,青菜炒香菇丝,莲香海鲜荷叶饭和寿包一笼。红烧乳猪皮脆肉厚,点上乳猪酱实在是我的最爱。清蒸老虎斑鱼肉嫩滑肉厚,而且蒸得很滑溜。实在是必点首选。另外龙虾伊麵亦不错,龙虾肉非常多,配上伊麵小孩子最喜欢这道菜。另外红烧鸡丝翅加上红醋汁实在非常美味。其它菜式亦做得不错。莲香海鲜荷叶饭内裏配料充足,大大隻虾肉和带子口感非常丰富。最后寿包还送多两个给我们。简直是大满足,和家人开开心心又过了一天。

红烧乳猪皮脆肉厚,点上乳猪酱实在是我的最爱。清蒸老虎斑鱼肉嫩滑肉厚,而且蒸得很滑溜。实在是必点首选。另外龙虾伊麵亦不错,龙虾肉非常多,配上伊麵小孩子最喜欢这道菜。另外红烧鸡丝翅加上红醋汁实在非常美味。

很久很久沒有飲茶了,是日放假一天,專登去飲茶,開頭擔心會很多人,幸好大家坐得很遠的。一嘗最愛的蝦餃,開心到不得了!雖然吃得挺有滋味,但也有危機擔心人多的地方。不過原來這間酒樓有特設外賣,還沒有加一,並且打折。真好!

訂坐時已講明有多名輪椅人士,但職員沒有提及升降機以停用,及提醒客人其店舖沒有升降機或輔助工具, 到達後職員竟然叫客人抬輪椅及其輪椅人士上樓梯前往食店。職員態度差亦不細心,客人十分生氣因此不會光顧。

要說港島區的中菜聚餐好選擇, 御名軒是我們的心水, 環境新淨, 食物價錢相宜, 菜式都穩打穩扎, 無出事。烏雞雞腳桃膠燉湯出面飲細細盅的燉湯, 都要五六十元, 這裡一大鍋, 都只是百多元, 實在難以置信,  大約可以分七、八細碗, 湯頭很濃郁, 鮮甜, 無味精的感覺, 材料十分之多, 怪不得能燉出好湯, 桃膠十分滋潤, 最適合這秋冬時節和我們這些愛美的女生。茄汁海虎蝦非常惹味的醬汁, 是要食到啜手指的那種, 蝦亦很新鮮, 一點也不霉, 大隻, 肉質爽彈, 有質素。沙巴龍躉很大條的龍躉, 想像得到要蒸到剛剛熟又不會太老很考功夫, 但這裡就做到了, 很喜歡吃龍躉肉很滑又不腥, 不喜歡魚都愛吃。古法羊腩煲開始有涼意, 大家都想吃個羊腩煲暖暖身子, 羊腩煲連著爐火, 邊吃邊不怕會冷, 保持熱熱的溫度, 除羊肉外, 還有冬菇, 馬蹄, 枝竹, 十分豐富。最後送了碗煲到起沙的紅豆沙, 甜度剛好, 滿足。

烏雞雞腳桃膠燉湯
出面飲細細盅的燉湯, 都要五六十元, 這裡一大鍋, 都只是百多元, 實在難以置信,  大約可以分七、八細碗, 湯頭很濃郁, 鮮甜, 無味精的感覺, 材料十分之多, 怪不得能燉出好湯, 桃膠十分滋潤, 最適合這秋冬時節和我們這些愛美的女生。

朋友因為住喺天后嗰一邊, 佢知道有間酒樓係專做街坊生意, 近期歐聯打得好激烈, 所以就大大家一齊去食個晚飯之後, 再去一齊睇波 酒樓依家推出咗新嘅三寶, 有燒鵝, 有靚湯, 同埋龍躉, 三樣都叫先168有半隻燒鵝, 非常之大呀, 光鮮嘅皮, 再點一點醬汁食, 皮非常之脆, 油脂, 肉同埋皮個份量啱啱好, 咬落去, 感覺豐盈, 好滿足 之後就食過飲個靚湯,  侍應推介之下, 湯用竹絲雞去淆製, 再加埋雞腳, 雞腳係成煲湯嘅精華, 咬落去骨膠原非常之豐盛, 口感非常之滑, 湯底浸咗桃膠, 咬落去, 滑捋捋, 幾特別, 湯又非常之香, 真係真材實料 之後再食過沙巴龍躉, 因為一升嘅關係, 感覺非常之足料, 加埋啲蔥一齊食, 蔥嘅香帶出咗肉魚嘅鮮味, 再加埋蒸魚豉油, 冇味精, 食完又唔會口渴, 不錯不錯
