今日同朋友去咗銅鑼灣磯野水產。首先有個前菜,蔬菜有青瓜,蘿蔔,再加一個用沙甸魚,多春魚同牛奶既整成既汁,蔬菜既fresh可以中和口感。跟住係小肌壽司,小肌魚原來係幼鰶,個名好特別,肉質細嫩、味道鮮美。我地叫咗個磯野龍蝦海鮮盛合,有龍蝦,赤蝦,聖子,蚌仔,帆立貝,魷魚。非常新鮮同生猛。肉質細嫩、味道鮮美龍蝦有兩道餸,龍蝦肉就用作刺身,再用龍蝦頭燒咗個好似甲羅燒既燒龍蝦頭,好香。蝦天婦羅,炸得好好,好脆卜卜,但係唔覺得好油膩。帆立貝都有兩種口味,一種係清酒,一種係黑松露,好鮮甜,燒得好有水準,一D都唔覺得燒得好乾,仲係好juicy仲有燒聖子燒蚌仔鮮魷魚燒煮鮑魚,肉質好彈牙,好新鮮,抵讚
