To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一入餐廳其實都比佢裝修吸引 但服務態度 食物質素 同價錢份量就真係唔會再有下次 menu上有個菜叫月見小貓 我問個位紅髮waitress 係咩菜 佢話呢個係菜名 我再問咁係咩菜 佢答點解菜心叫菜心啊?👏🏽之後佢直接話已經賣晒 就無回應過啦 於是我地繼續叫菜 但要乜無乜 最終我地叫左麻醬面 魯肉飯 豆乳雞 藥膳排骨湯 同水蓮 上菜既時候 樣樣都唔夠熱 特別係個湯 係完全唔熱又無味 料又少 杞子都無一粒 !相反碟菜水蓮係超咸 食完係勁口渴 豆乳雞係over cooked 同勁dry 無味 滷肉飯就唔太特別 因為完全唔入味。全部餸菜溫度不足好彩無叫dinner set,叫左真係會仲sad!
